Hi there, is this mic compatible with DJI Pocket 2? Can I use this new mic instead of the wireless mic comes with the DJI Pocket 2 Creator Combo? Thanks!
I bought a month ago my DJI Mic but when I copied the back up files to my pc the 2nd time, suddenly the backup recording stopped working. Recording on the receiver's end was just fine but it wont record a backup file any longer. My computer drive also won't read the transmitter's backup files. The red light won't lit. It just said "cannot read and may be corrupted". So, I returned it and got replaced. The second unit still had the same result. I scanned my drives and no viruses or malwares were found. My sd cards were just fine every time I copy them. Do you have any idea about this? Can they still be fixed?
When using iphone what setting we must do ? Recording :- Stereo , mono or Safety Channel Receiver gain :- How much DB ? Volume :- DB ? Low cut :- On or Off ? Transmitter gain :- How much DB ? Rec Stop Lock :- Off or On ? Auto record :- Off or On ?
Hello, there. Thank you for your interest. The models on the compatibility list means they are tested. Others not listed do not mean it can not be used with DJI Mic but we can not guarantee its performance also. We would recommend you test the compatibility before purchasing in the near physical store.
Yes i was consider this, but seeing full of reviews for the last 6 months and they can't deliver nothing, I'm choosing the RODE's today, the wait is over, I need a system next week. The marketing was done prematurely.
Only thing I don’t like about this mic is its hot shoe adapter. It’s hard to replace it on receiver n very hard to remove it. It’s also too sensitive so it can be broken easily. That’s only down side :(
Yeah I noticed this as well, it's very stiff to get it into my camera's hot shoe (GH5) and it's very hard to get the receiver off ... feel like I'm going to break it.
Hi there, we are sorry for any inconvenience. We've released the new firmware for DJI Mic which added some settings for the receiver including LED Brightness. You can adjust the brightness of the LEDs of the transmitter after upgrading the firmware.
Can DJI Mic check the timeslot after recording,? (for example check real time record between 12:00-13:00). If no, is there any app recommended? Thank you🙏🙏

, here's one downside for this fabulous mic system, when you use it with an iPhone you only get mono mode you do not get separate stereo left and right channel. Please DJI, with a software update could you please make it so the iPhone will stay in stereo mode in not forced into mono mode… I know you can use the transmitter's as recorders but it's just one more step I have to work with when I get into post production. I work on long documentaries and I don't need more files to keep track of or hard Drive space…

If you compare the usb-c and Lightning adapters, the Lightning one has less pins connecting to the receiver than the USB-C adapter if you looks closely. Maybe that makes it physically impossible to preform stereo on iOS devices for a reason. 🤔 I solved it by using the USB-C adapter on the receiver and use a lightning to USB-A adapter from the phone + connected a USB-C female to USB-A male adapter which gives stereo in iOS. A work around at least. 😃👍
I have bought this last week, but when attach with fone it is not recording sound even i have reset reciver and both transmitter are linked still no sound at fone vdo.. kindly how to solve this
Yes, you can follow the steps below to connect them. 1. Use the Osmo Pocket 3.5mm adapter to connect the Type-C port at the bottom of Osmo Pocket. 2. Then use the 3.5mm camera cable to connect Osmo Pocket 3.5mm adapter with DJI Mic receiver. Note: Only Mono recording mode is supported.

You can record for hours but the recording will get segmented into several 30-minute long files that should butt together in your favourite editing software without any break.
