Your home grown corn in now? I think ours is imported from Illinois or somewhere east. Electric knife works great fo taking corn off the cob. That looked pretty tasty young fella.

Hi Adam! Yeah you don’t need to add any heat at all. You might want to add a little bit of your favorite bbq rub instead... maybe a teaspoon or so

Hi Gary! Yes I have. I usually smoke the shucked corn at 225 for about 90 minutes. Everything after that is the same for this recipe.
