I used this recipe a few weeks ago at a winery 5 coarse wine pairing dinner. I served it with a Chesapeake crabcake and a potato and fennel salad. It was awesome! I love it. Finally a recipe without cream cheese.
If I have something grilling I will absolutely toss the corn and poblano on first, but most of the time I’m prepping it ahead. I don’t feel it’s worth lighting a grill for unless you’re rocking a gas grill.
