    I took master Moui's Taoist Tai Chi back in late 80's. We had people with Disabilities and geriatric patients in our classes. Now I'm a geriatric patient. I knew I could practice tai chi for the rest of my life.💯💥💕🥰👍🔥

    It's been many years since I've done Tai Chi, but I am determined to get back into it for many reasons. Thanks for this tutorial. The first 3 steps were quite a good work out. :)

    These are great! Have you made videos like this for the full 108 moves?

    • @TheAwarenessWebsite
      @TheAwarenessWebsite  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Speeros82,
      We have been working on a full 108 move tutorial but ran into some computer problems which put that on hold . Once we get back on track with it , we will let everyone know when it will be available. Check out our Classroom Classics and Continuing Classroom Classic series on our You Tube channel. That should help you with some of the details for now.
      Cheers

    I love this. It is very clear about each move. This is a great back up to practice what I am working on in class. I'm having difficulty turning it off when I need to quit.

      Hi Janet,
      So glad our videos are helping! Personally, I don't think you can ever have too much practice and watching the videos can be a great supplement to the physical practice. When you start dreaming about doing Tai Chi is when you know you are really hooked LOL. If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
      Cheers

    this is great.. I wish you could do this intro with the seated version .. is there a video of introduction to tai chi principles such as tiger's mouth?

    • @TheAwarenessWebsite
      @TheAwarenessWebsite  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Patricia,
      If you go to our You Tube channel you will find all of our videos there and the "Foundations" video should give some good info. Just click on Awareness on any of our videos and it will take you to the channel or, go to our website at www.theawareness.website and scroll down to the bottom where you will find the Facebook, Google plus and You Tube icons and click on the You Tube one and it will take you to our channel.
      We haven't done a tutorial on the seated set yet but thanks for the suggestion. We will keep it in mind.
      Cheers!

    Hi. Please can you tell me if this is the same as the Moy style Tai chi system? Thanks

    • @kevinwerre2700
      @kevinwerre2700 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Poggy,
      Yes, I was an instructor for the TTCS for 25 years and knew Mr. Moy personally. I teach the way I learned almost 40 years ago when Mr. Moy taught us everything. Folks in our Live stream classes are enjoying the classes immensely and learning more than they ever have.
      Cheers

      @@kevinwerre2700 hi. Many thanks. That’s great. I learnt the whole set quite some time ago with a friend who also learnt with Master Moy himself. But because it was named ‘Awareness’ Tai chi I wasn’t 100 percent sure it was the same thing. I’m very glad you have the videos breaking it up into a few moves as this is what I need to re learn it again. Many thanks. Do you do live streams on TH-cam?
