It only translates what they understood, hence why the door isn't translated or the "other region"
The language she is speaking is Old English. West Saxon Dialect to be more precise. You can find translators on the internet if you feel like spending some time translating :D

Well she is meant to be from the far west of the map (of England so basically the borders of Wales) so it may be a possibility. Even though there are places where I just though that she had a very thick accent. 🤔

I chose not to romance Randvi in the earlier quest and remain friends. Doing this gave me the option after the wedding scene to romance her again if I wanted.

They're both the same height but because males are generally taller than females, it feels like female Eivor is taller.

Originally he was supposed to be like 6'2'' but to be more PC they made them the same and edited the story and what not so your technically playing a nonbinary character because shit needs to be complicated but I just pretend that that was never a thing and kept playing

I've been playing as male Eivor and I swear to God some of the scenes I watch, I don't know if it's his body language, the fact that people never refer to him as male, maybe all the male NPC's that have tried to fuck me in the game, but it all just feels so weird for a badass viking character.

@@Fat_Panda_Gamer I had to rewatching it a few times to see, he did do the animation, but now extra sound came from it, and the whole phantom limb disorder is a possibility, because sometimes people can forget that limbs are missing and try to do basic motions without remembering or realizing it's gone

@@Gyatshaun5 The Animus only translates languages which the person whose memory's being viewed/experienced understood. Eivor didn't understand Brigid's language (Welsh), so most of what she said was left untranslated.

To be fair,siggurd was gone for 2 years or so raiding and traveling with basim. Even after they reach England siggurd was more worried about knowing if he was related to the gods and off with basim than being the jarl if the village.
Of course his wife would develope feelings for eivor, hell eivor treats her better than siggurd. And their marriage was political

@@mussatorre My main save has me in a couple with Randvi but I actually made myself a 2nd save where I'm with Petra (not playing on that save anymore but at least there is some kind of "alternate universe" where Petra is happy with Eivor, she's too sweet !)

Yes you can because I hade a
Relationship with her at the beginning but I broke up with her after I found Sigurds Swordarm but I still got the opportunity to start a relationship with her again after the Wedding.
I never betrayed Sigurd so this was like a reward to me
You can remain in a romance the whole time as long as you keep on sigurd's good side
What's the point of having subtitles if all its gonna say is unintelligible like wtf?! Even the native Americans in ac 3 had subtitles but not in this one why?

If u want a legit reason its because when youre in the animus, you are technically just reliving memories of a person. Because Eivor doesnt understand that language, you wouldnt be able to figure it out from the memory without literally knowing the language yourself.

I really think she might be Irish, but I don't think the Animus really had any recorded data on the language of the old Celtic Irish....but I really hope so cause it's been my childhood dream to see Ireland in an Assassin's Creed game. ;A;

What language is she speaking anyway? I’d dare say Old English because you can catch English phrases in her speech, but I’m probably dead wrong. At one point I made out “there’s no place I’d rather be than here” then “I look forward to years to come”. But it’s so jumbled it’s hard to decipher.

So I turned down Ranvi in the beginning of the game, and I got the good ending, Sigurd and Randvi have ended their marriage, NOW IS THEIRE ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO START A RELATIONSHIP WITH RANDVI AFTER THE GAME???? Also I havnt even seen this wedding in my game progress

Come on Ubisoft, translate the bloody - (checks comments)- welsh bride’s words. It isn’t ‘unintelligible’ it’s a bloody language for god’s sake. So much for the animus! The Native American/Connor Kenway’s ancestors had their dialogues subtitled even if they weren’t translated because they were still speaking, just in a language that Eivor did not know. At least give us the welsh words instead of blandly passing it off as ‘unintelligible.’ Just insulting.

I know. Especially when you think back what she says when she sees too many wars or conflicts lost too many friends. She said that to Layla. Baring in mind she had the staff of Hermes it makes you wonder. She realised that when you try to have one order it hurts the earth and the same with too much caos then that’s bad. Maybe she helped here to make sure England was not plagued with the order of the ancients. Because at the end it’s not exactly taken over by the hidden ones. It’s not like as you kill them assassins are taking over. Also it makes you wonder if she did the same and helped the assassins creed presence as the Romans left towards the end of the Roman Empire as the assassins were heavily ilentrenched then.
