I had this exact problem. Go to a physical therapist! They helped me with exercises and stretches and got the disc back in place. My leg was still numb and tingling for awhile, but I continued my exercises and got that taken care of as well. Better off now than before my injury.
Yes physical therapy is great. But they are still problems that I have that I really believe only chiropractic Care can fix. But I do agree physical therapy is awesome .. in so many
@@Imisambi 85% of stats on the internet are made up, including yours! Chiropractors can offer immediate relief from pain, but physical therapy addresses the root cause and remedies it.
@@Imisambithis is utterly false. Exercise strengthens your muscles to help support your bones. Chiropractics manipulates those joints but without proper exercise and therapy afterwards your pain will never truly heal because you haven’t built up the framework to maintain those healthy joints
i bet your relief was for about only 30 seconds, tho, after that point you can obtain help from your great ancestors or Hitler depending on a couple factors.
People need to realize that "popping" the neck and back doesn't actually fix nerve or muscle issues, your bod just releases endorphins which just causes short term pain relief with potential long term damage
Do y’all really not know how chiropractic care works ? This relieves him yes but for couple of days or even hours. These chiropractic channels really capitalized on this.
I remember walking like this but more bent down too when I messed up back during a lift at the gym. I was so focused on beating my deadlift PR that I forgot to keep my form and I remember hearing a crack from the middle of my back and just going into a shocking pain. Got treatment like this right away and it helped tremendously. To any lifters out there never mess up your form. If you can’t lift it then work light till you’re finally strong enough to lift it properly Edit: Stretch and incorporate yoga. Not chakras bs I mean yoga stretches. It helps hella. I could deadlift 475 or more and if I stretched I feel zero pain that usually follows after a heavy lift like that aside from the basic soreness
Yep. Chiropractors are snake oil salesmen. They're just saying everything needs a pop when in reality they're at most only relieving the pain temporarily and at worst killing someone (internal decapitations) or causing paralysis

I’m a massage therapist and I’m sure I could help him, in a less frightening way! I baulk at the idea of adjusting someone with cold muscles. We often hear that massage works better than physio or adjustments
Massage therapists are the best!!! I had a slipped disc in my neck after a fall on ice. PT and Dr. no change. Three rounds of massage therapy and the problem was fixed. No more extreme tingling and loss of muscle tone in my right arm😀
chiropractors and massage therapist should work together the bones only pop when they're needed to and it does make a difference but you definitely have to have the muscles done at the same time the you get the back done
I am a massage therapist as well. One thing they keep forgetting about his muscle moves bones so if the muscle is not relax, you’re going to go right back to where you were. Sidenote, he need to have the x-rays done cause that looks more than just need adjustment. His gate is crazy 😂

This is great for short-term but stretch every day if you you can, at least a few times a week, it makes an incredible difference. You don't even have to go to a specialist, there's so much stuff out there online even TH-cam you can just look up stretches for whatever is going on in your body and it's amazing the difference it can make just don't make the mistake of getting better then stopping the stretches
@@sez9660 I've watched Drrowe a lot but honestly whenever I'm having any issues I just look up stretches for that specific issue. Over 12 years, I saw a chiropractor that injured me, attended physical therapy, had painkillers pushed on me by all kinds of doctors. It was an exceptional chiropractor who took the time to do an assessment, determined I had one or two bulge discs, and recommended an MRI, which validated his prognosis. As recommended by my chiropractor, the severity of my injury required surgery. The day after my surgery once the anesthesia world off, was the first time I had been pain-free in over 12 years. 20 years later and I'm still pain-free thanks to my excellent surgeon (and optimal healing because I was very healthy at the time).
It's unfortunate that chiropractors aren't regulated. Always be skeptical of chiropractors who use a cracking table and big ripping motions like this guy. Most of them are quacks who sell the spectacle rather than doing actual adjustments.
For anyone that actually has a herniated disc please do not see a chiropractor. This can make your injury much worse and you should be seeing a back specialist or neurosurgeon.
lol yeah get a fusion and have drastic ROM loss and end up with multiple surgeries. Find the right chiropractor and they will help. Decompression is key.
@@jesse4681A chiropractor is only good at taking your money. They do not practice medicine. A new coat of paint on a rotting house does nothing to fix it.
actually what they say is truth, I had over 30 sessions with 3 different chiropractors, and oh man, I can tell it is a scam. U getting relief for like 1-2 days, after what your back pain returns. They never fix the root of the pain, they fix the consequences, and it does absolutely no shit. Eventually, for some people that got something stuck in wrong position it can help, yeah. But in this case, it would not do any healing and that’s a fact. The only thing that will actually help you is good stretching (yoga for example, yeah it really helped me) and exercising. But just dumb lifting that does only harm, but actual normal sport they will develop your muscles proportionally
@coffee.3.4 are you goddamn stupid or what?? I go to the aligned clinic regularly, when i first went the after effects of my adjustment took days to set in. Your body goes through a period of soreness from your bones and muscle tissues being realigned and when that soreness subsides you feel brand new unless you have a severe condition it takes multiple adjustments to re program the nerves
No he ain't, ever heard of muscle memory the body and mind adapt to a new way of movement over time with more sessions and time he will go back to normal or close to
I was walking like that some years ago. Worse actually. So whoever is facing this situation, be positive. Get ur physios. Do all that you shld do. Get a vibrating massager to work on ur tight muscles. You will get better. I walk straight now. Praise to God.
No, praise your body that can heal itself and praise people who helped you along the way. Why dont you praise god for giving you that affliction in the first place?
i was the exact same for the last 4/5 years i paid thousands for physio and chiropractors i ended up getting an epidural injection in between my L4 L5 lumbar disc and i am walking perfectly and work a job where i require to lift heavy stuff daily so anyone in the same position definitely look into it
your Dr didn't advise you to avoid heavy weight? please don't put yourself in danger, I did with my back and still can't walk properly now... be safe, don't aggravate it. do light work as far as possible. tc.
Thank you I’ve been like this for a few months. Also spent thousands of dollars at the chiropractor. I’m finally going tomorrow to orthopedic to get an epidural. Hopefully I come out like you.
Regular back pain is caused by not decompressing properly during the day and sleeping on wrong bed. I don't decompress by stretching, I just lay down on my back on a soft surface like a bed every other hour and let my muscles around my spine and sciatic nerves relax. I alternate with one knee bent and pointing upwards and the other leg straight. They become irritated without regular relaxation.
My buddy had similar symptoms - found out he had non Hodgkin lymphoma and the tumor was pressing on his spinal cord and had destroyed 3 vertebrae. Put off going to the doctor because that’s just what guys do. He’s recovering well thank god but the point being - get a scan just incase.
Yeah, my dad started going to the chiropractor for back pain. Turned out his gallbladder was messed up so bad it just about killed off his pancreas. That’s why his back hurt so badly. He ended up having to stay in the hospital for 2 months. If he would’ve went to a regular doctor he could’ve gotten his gallbladder removed and he would’ve been fine… well better than he’s doing now. But yeah, I agree, back pain isn’t always bone/spine related, best to get some scans and tests done first.
Over 10yrs ago I was walking just like him, had all his symptoms. I had 2 discs herniation L3 & L4 from falling down 2 flight of stairs. For about 2years I did physical therapy, acupuncture and went to a chiropractor. Non helped/worked. I couldn’t do anything without feeling severe pain. I really thought my life was over. I lived an active lifestyle before the accident so it was depressing. I was in despair and at times suicidal. Last resort the doctor suggested surgery. Knowing it’s a 50/50 success rate, I was skeptical, reluctant to do the surgery. One day I decided to do pull-up and dead-hang. It was uncomfortable at first but I kept at it. Just a few pull-ups, dead-hang 10-15 seconds 4 reps, 2x daily. Within a week my condition abated. After 2 months I felt normal again. About 6 later, miraculously I fully recovered. I was back to doing everything I loved (hiking, biking, running, gym etc). From then on, every time I have any kind of back pain, I just do dead-hang/pull-up and it would go away. So if anyone is experiencing any kind of back pain, give dead-hang/pull-up a try. On that note, I am not a doctor or licensed physician, just sharing my personal experience
I had something slightly similar. I had pinched nerve in my lower back. I walked around in pain for at least a year. Constant heating pads, meds all day, still couldn't shake the pain. I could lay down and walk but sitting down was torture. I finally went to a chiropractor for other issues and my first adjustment, the pain was gone. That pinched nerve was solved. One thing I do have a hard time with some chiropractors is that they don't believe that I have a natural leg length discrepancy. Like my right femur is shorter than my left one and they will look at my feet and be like no I can adjust it and you can walk straight if I do. They don't want to believe me but that's on them. I stopped going to people like that after a while
For most healthy people, the asymmetrical motions of getting in/out of the car lead to risk of back injury, not to mention car accidents are more likely when you’re on the road for work.
@@amazinggrace313I been this way for 10 years plus. Dealing with a work comp system that denies every treatment. I sympathize with this guy. I walked like this for a year. My muscles were always contracted and very sore. Chiro and deep massages worked but only for a day or two. What happened was that my immune response was completely out of control. My doc ended up prescribing me antidepressants (yeah I know) and my muscles finally started to relax and the healing process could start. If you look like this give it a try. I wish I did that earlier.

Get the surgery, it’s life changing. I am able to run, wrestle and mountain bike with no issues now.
My wife had back issues I told her to go to chiropractor,,thank God she didn't. She had a teather cord!! Surgery was the solution

If you can’t lift it then work light till you’re finally strong enough to lift it properly
Edit: Stretch and incorporate yoga. Not chakras bs I mean yoga stretches. It helps hella. I could deadlift 475 or more and if I stretched I feel zero pain that usually follows after a heavy lift like that aside from the basic soreness

Absolutely! Needs imaging, bloodwork and definitely a rheumatologist or orthopeadist. This can make it worst, or even paralyse the patient.

I had to rewatch the video to make sure the second walk was after the adjustment bc I thought it was the original walk! 😂
I stopped going to people like that after a while
I was like this for 9 months, started doordashing to supplement my income and the getting in and out of my car helped heal my back.
