      @calebliang4984 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@edizdogankarakoc7768 the history and basis of chiropractics is based off of some man who said a ghost talked to him in the middle of the night teaching him how to “correct any illness” and when the medical agency of the us tried shutting it down and suing him he had people go after the person responsible with death threats and constant attacks and anything to annoy him. While stalling out the lawsuit to prevent frivolous medical malpractice he realized he could instead call his business a religion and declared himself the sole communicator with god and this is still directly tied into Scientology( tools used by Scientologists are the same tools used by chiropractors) his son wanted money and not a business so he ran his father over with a car and opened a separate branch of chiropractics claiming it to be a massage/wellness institute. Outside of the bounds of the legitimate medical community. Nothing they do is based in fact and the us is the only place they are legally allowed to call themselves doctors because, they’ve been lobbying the government for years tj allow their practice to continue. Not to mention nothing they do is based in fact or backed with studies and new methods of chiropractics are constantly being produced by people and we don’t know the risks associated with many of these new procedures, or we do know the risks but they don’t care because they’re making money off of creating new techniques

I had scoliosis at age 15 (and my tailbone was off 45 degrees) and went to the chiropractor for it. I couldn't sit or walk straight. 3 months later, he released me to do contact sports and weight training. Had to go back a few times after to decompress my spine (my fault). He gave me my life back.

This Chiropractor is one of the best I have seen. This coming from a Chiropractic patient. I've been to Chiropractors in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Finland, Malaysia & Singapore. I am a retired Pastry Chef. Posture during work and old sports injuries led to my introduction to Chiropractors, starting from Switzerland. The best I experienced.
Surgery is your last option. Only after you have tried out all your options with a Chiropractic experience. Once you have experienced a good Chiropractor, you'll never go back to Physio, Injections, Acupuncture, Massage etc.
I have also experienced Chinese medicine men and their body manipulation technics. I have also come across hacks. Those Will hurt you. Just do ur research. That look on the patients face speaks volumes. It is out of this world. I have experienced feeling as though I am walking on air after a Chiropractic manipulation. ❤❤❤❤

I was so focused on beating my deadlift PR that I forgot to keep my form and I remember hearing a crack from the middle of my back and just going into a shocking pain. Got treatment like this right away and it helped tremendously. To any lifters out there never mess up your form. If you can’t lift it then work light till you’re finally strong enough to lift it properly
Edit: Stretch and incorporate yoga. Not chakras bs I mean yoga stretches. It helps hella. I could deadlift 475 or more and if I stretched I feel zero pain that usually follows after a heavy lift like that aside from the basic soreness

Over 12 years, I saw a chiropractor that injured me, attended physical therapy, had painkillers pushed on me by all kinds of doctors.
It was an exceptional chiropractor who took the time to do an assessment, determined I had one or two bulge discs, and recommended an MRI, which validated his prognosis.
As recommended by my chiropractor, the severity of my injury required surgery.
The day after my surgery once the anesthesia world off, was the first time I had been pain-free in over 12 years.
20 years later and I'm still pain-free thanks to my excellent surgeon (and optimal healing because I was very healthy at the time).

U getting relief for like 1-2 days, after what your back pain returns. They never fix the root of the pain, they fix the consequences, and it does absolutely no shit. Eventually, for some people that got something stuck in wrong position it can help, yeah. But in this case, it would not do any healing and that’s a fact. The only thing that will actually help you is good stretching (yoga for example, yeah it really helped me) and exercising. But just dumb lifting that does only harm, but actual normal sport they will develop your muscles proportionally

Regular back pain is caused by not decompressing properly during the day and sleeping on wrong bed. I don't decompress by stretching, I just lay down on my back on a soft surface like a bed every other hour and let my muscles around my spine and sciatic nerves relax. I alternate with one knee bent and pointing upwards and the other leg straight. They become irritated without regular relaxation.

Yeah, my dad started going to the chiropractor for back pain. Turned out his gallbladder was messed up so bad it just about killed off his pancreas. That’s why his back hurt so badly. He ended up having to stay in the hospital for 2 months. If he would’ve went to a regular doctor he could’ve gotten his gallbladder removed and he would’ve been fine… well better than he’s doing now. But yeah, I agree, back pain isn’t always bone/spine related, best to get some scans and tests done first.

Over 10yrs ago I was walking just like him, had all his symptoms. I had 2 discs herniation L3 & L4 from falling down 2 flight of stairs. For about 2years I did physical therapy, acupuncture and went to a chiropractor. Non helped/worked. I couldn’t do anything without feeling severe pain. I really thought my life was over. I lived an active lifestyle before the accident so it was depressing. I was in despair and at times suicidal. Last resort the doctor suggested surgery. Knowing it’s a 50/50 success rate, I was skeptical, reluctant to do the surgery. One day I decided to do pull-up and dead-hang. It was uncomfortable at first but I kept at it. Just a few pull-ups, dead-hang 10-15 seconds 4 reps, 2x daily. Within a week my condition abated. After 2 months I felt normal again. About 6 later, miraculously I fully recovered. I was back to doing everything I loved (hiking, biking, running, gym etc). From then on, every time I have any kind of back pain, I just do dead-hang/pull-up and it would go away. So if anyone is experiencing any kind of back pain, give dead-hang/pull-up a try. On that note, I am not a doctor or licensed physician, just sharing my personal experience

I had something slightly similar. I had pinched nerve in my lower back. I walked around in pain for at least a year. Constant heating pads, meds all day, still couldn't shake the pain. I could lay down and walk but sitting down was torture.
I finally went to a chiropractor for other issues and my first adjustment, the pain was gone. That pinched nerve was solved.
One thing I do have a hard time with some chiropractors is that they don't believe that I have a natural leg length discrepancy. Like my right femur is shorter than my left one and they will look at my feet and be like no I can adjust it and you can walk straight if I do.
They don't want to believe me but that's on them. I stopped going to people like that after a while
