I have a question, when I train for power/absolute strength and not muscle mass do I need to eat as much protein or food to fuel or can I build power and strength effectively while cutting? Thanks!
@Garage Strength off topic question but is it good if I workout legs Monday & Wednesday and run Tuesday & Thursday (1.5-2.5 miles). Is it overtraining on my legs or better for recovery because I want to add running 2x a week but don't know where to put it in my schedule. Loved the video btw
In drug tested powerlifting “speedwork” is kind of a dirty word these days. But I think doing some speed doubles or triples with ~75% is highly undervalued. Good video!

Hey guys, how do you incorporate nordic curls into the training week and at what point in that workout would you do them? Like 1a, 2a, etc
They have like two or three vids on hamstrings to my knowledge, nordic curl does not get passed and they explain everything
