Is being stuck with a card still an issue or do you now accept as just part of the game that a player needs to overcome? Is it worth adding to my collection if I own Space Base? Lastly, have you tried the modules and if so, do they improve the game? Thanks again!

Can you place a white card on top of another white card or once you place that white card is that space gone for the rest of the game? As well can you place a red card on a white card or a red on a red card? I understand the red is single use only.
White cards replace white cards. Red cards don't actually get placed on your board, you simply just gain the resources on the card and then discard it.
I know this is an old comment but I do not read the rules the same way as you do. Red cards are one time use once they are activated. The only time I can active a card is to resolve dice in the activation phase. Once a red card is activated after having already placed it on your farm board then it is discarded showing the space that was under it before. This is the only way I can see it being played based on how it's worded. Rules also say that you should only have one card on each field at a time so if you go to place a card on top of an already existing card (not the actual board starting fields) then you are to discard the card before placing the new one you have chosen. Pretty sure the “sand bags” are thematically bags of grain. Don’t normally use sand bags on a farm. :)
Yes you're right. The rules call them "burlap bags", but they most definitely would be filled with grain and not sand 😆
