My first Cooler video was really mediocre so I’m glad to finally make up for what was lacking.
Combo-wise, Cooler doesn’t have a special move for wall splat or ground bounce, but his biggest limitation is that his normals are too slow (and the smash animation of both 5LLL and 5H are even slower), so the effect of hitstun decay on his long combos is really noticeable. The addition of 3H into SuperDash in v1.15 is nice but isn’t life-changing.
As for team combos, Cooler doesn’t rely on assist for Dragon Rush thanks to the L follow-up of his DP. Assists which juggles the opponent would enable the multi-DP sequence in the corner and build a lot of damage, so popular characters like Bardock and GTGoku would work well. The multi-DP sequence is generally lenient thanks to the long hitstun of his DPs.

#1(00:02) -
A simple ordinary combo in the corner. The air dash dj.M would fail on small and some medium characters if 2M is too close to the corner, but if you see a slightly upward SuperDash angle, it would be very easy regardless. Otherwise you can always change it to air dash dj.L if unsure.

A combo to show a j.H-5L link and 3H into SuperDash. This one isn’t optimal at all in terms of damage because how much time is wasted by the long durations of moves. I just want to put it here to show his combo options. Refer to #8 and #9 for routes with better damage.

Prior to v1.14 (which nerfed double supers) he could solo combo into his Lv.3 twice by doing an empty Vanish after the first Lv.3 for massive damage. The window to Vanish after Lv.3 is kind of lenient, but there’s really no point in doing it now since damage of everything afterwards would be scale by an extra factor of 0.3.

A team 100% combo started with 0 bar near corner, specific to characters allowing j.H-5L links. It is very consistent to perform on Cell, Beerus, Broly and Hit, in case you’d like to explore its practicality. Note that you need to super jump cancel 5H for j.2H each time. Also, prior to the second j.2H, make sure to slightly delay 5H after 6H or else you won’t get the necessary height (it’s the same idea as how you need to slightly delay 2M during Bardock’s typical Sparking loop for the necessary height).

A re-jump combo using his j.S. This one is easier to perform on bigger bodies. Make sure to delay 5M and during j.MLL to get a low height for j.2H, or else 6H would whiff. When you air dash for dj.M > dj.S, make sure to slightly delay dj.S as well or else either it would whiff or you wouldn’t land in time for 5L.

I like how he mentioned the same combo that Fenretti did but just that Xiao used 2 sparkings that could be possible from shenron summon and it’s especially because he wanted to start off with a certain amount of bar,fenretti basically used all 7 bars he set up for the T.O.D he wanted to do

It may be impossible to get a 100% with Cooler, but now that I've picked him up. He's nice. His tools are crazy once you really know what you're doing. True Low, DP, Dive Kick, Low Beam Attack and a ridiculous long low attack to catch people slipping.
Most of all the dive kick is the best because it's + on block. Most players don't know this and will start trying to mash auto combo after blocking....it feels so good.
I agree, Cooler's very fine. Very easy to control positions after combos too.

I've been tinkering with Cooler to take his damage further but as you said, he doesn't really have a toolkit that's laid out for reliable combos.
Midscreen he basically has to resort to the most basic of combos (without spending resources) and all the good stuff in the corner is harder and weaker than with other characters.
Most of his common starters barely get you much. Still a very fun character
Yea his midscreen combo options are simply awful by himself.
Personally I'd like his j.M and j.2H to be faster on startup. 5H on smash needs to knock the opponent forward instead of upward, which at least allows him to do a corner carry more easily.

Ah I just figured some routes might be slightly different for season 3 which is why you added the obsolete title in there. Also just checked out his sparking route in the video you showed, thats a nifty way of carrying the opponent to the other side! Time to lab.
@@DeTagg100 Like yea technically he has new routes now due to the hitstun buff on his ki blast, but then at the end of the day it's mostly just inserting a ki blast in what he could already do, so it's nothing groundbreaking. Like you can 5S>SuperDash midscreen.

NixUniverse ? His movies do not conflict with the DBz timeline, at least not the 1st one and they are loved by fans, i.e. CANON. Same with Bojack, Fusion Reborn, Tree of Might and a few others. You need to understand what canon means. Anything using the likeness of a character that has not been stated to be non-canon, is well-received, and doesn't conflict is canon. DB fans don't understand that concept. Do me a favor and link me to something where one of the original writers of that arc has explicitly stated his movie is not canon? Good luck.
