I come from mortal kombat and the numbers being used for directional inputs fucks me up. I’m used to numbers being the buttons and the directional inputs just being initialized. Great guides though, very useful for beginners and veterans alike

Any hint for the rejump in the corner combo @2:08? After the super dash, when I hit L and M, my character kinda sticks to the opponent height and doesn't seem to fall down fast enough so I have the time to re jump. And thx a lot for your guides, they re really clear and helpful, they are my go to vids everytime I wanna jump into a new character.
Kuwanger my god, do you have any juicy usage for Janembas assist for Cell? I'm only doing basic things like using the assist to get j.236M mid screen etc but I KNOW there has to be some dirtier stuff. Keep me posted! Loved the combos btw.
Am not Kuwanger, but you can use him to: 1. Get a grounded Dragon Rush off of 236M 2. Extend combos off j.2H in the corner 3. Possibly get an extra j.S in the corner? Not sure 4. Do same side M perfect attack with good timing, not really worthwhile in terms of damage tho as it has to be an intentional anti-air and you'd be better off doing light perfect attack into assist On a sidenote, he lets Bardock do j.2H into j.214M, which is pretty neat
@@trashboi3428 Yeah he's letting characters do a bunch of good stuff like that. Black gets the same + that Bardock gets. I already tried points 1,2 and 4 (4 is too hard to be worth it for me though sadly, lag would ruin timing). Never considered 3. but I'll give it a whirl. I think this assist like Gotenks opens a lot of doors for unique combos, it's great.

youhtzsp just figured it out. Slightly delay the 5m after 2M, or skip the 2M. You can also just do 6s instead Of both hits with either variation. Doing 2M and 5M and only using 6s gives you the most damage
FutureAntony 09 just under 200 less damage than the auto, and far more difficult, you don’t have to force the up right ki blast or rejump. If you’re switching sides you’re not doing it for damage. Great for showing off tho.

I'm having issues with the 5H Rejump (0:25) combo. Computer recovers before in can airdash into air M. Is there timing involved?

The only thing i know with this assist and Cell is that if you call it a the right time you can make 214M end same side instead of side switching

You just dash and do 5L before the dash ends, which will stop the dash quicker than usual, making it a very short dash, aka microdash
