      I loved this though some feed back for me would be to keep the laying asanas all together and the the seated all in sequence so it’s not up and down in such restorative postures. After a big work out, getting up and down over and over isn’t what I found relaxing. Loved the rest and your delivery though. Thank you

    Does anyone else cry or tear up at the end of their yoga practices? 😭 It has been an amazing release for me and it happens 95% of the times I practice with you Allie. I’m currently going through depression which has spiked my anxiety, ultimately leading to now agoraphobia. However, I love how much your classes have helped me since I started practicing almost two months ago, they have been an essential part in my healing process. Taking it day by day on the mat. I can’t thank you enough, you bring so much love, light and peace, so in return sending you much love, light and peace wherever you may be today. 🙃 ☀️🙏

      Yoga is so important. I also had amazing success with RTT for depression/anxiety/trauma. Can't recommend it enough! Good Luck

      Totally- "the body keeps the score". Many of us have so many emotions stored up and yoga has always been a reliable way for me to move through them, whether I'm expecting it or not.

    After every run or lift, I do this, I’ve never felt better. I skipped a day and felt awful. Seriously love the real sounds of nature, that angry bluejay and that haunting ship horn, so subtle, but so amazing to close. Thank you

    Just finished my first yoga session with you and it was everything I needed!     I had done squats and shoulders workout and ran the morning before I did this post workout yoga...oh my ...the doms have disappeared. I really felt achy tired and fatigued but after this was awakened energised, ache free and ready to embrace another day 😘
