  • Hope you enjoy this new 40 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout featuring a light set of hand weights (1kg - 2kg) and a mini resistance band. Don't worry if you don't have any of the equipment as you can still enjoy the class without it! You could also get creative and use household objects like bottles of water (or wine :P) or cans of vegetables to act as weights. Get ready to sweat and most importantly, have fun! 😊

    Why pay x amount of money on a gym membership when you have the best Pilates instructor here on TH-cam ❤️. Doing Nicole’s 40 min workouts 3x a week and eating clean everyday and I’m good I can see definition in my abs, arms, legs and butt. You have changed my mindset about fitness. I now see it as a way of feeling good rather than just working out to get a guys attention. I wake up excited now to do your workouts as before where I saw the gym as a chore. I feel confident, strong mentally and physically. Thank you 🙏🏾🤍

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    I've been sidelined from any kind of exercise for months due to a foot injury and as a runner it's k1lling me. A few weeks ago I finally admitted defeat and thought that was it - I wouldn't be able to workout at all. That is, until I found your channel. I vastly underestimated Pilates for a long time but I have been thoroughly humbled by your workouts and this one really kicked my booty! I've been trying lots of Pilates channels and sites but keep coming back to you. You're so calm and your cues are perfect for a beginner like me. Thank you so much for what you do. I can now finally see a recovery path ahead and maybe one day I will be back running. Wish me luck!

    I really like doing exercise with Nicole videos. Generally picking up one of workout which are 30 minutes or more, and try to do three days of the week. Every time I thought it was short but end of the exercise I realized it was precise. My goal is toning my body and stay active.

    Love this one!. Have been enjoying all of your workouts but wishing for some light weight work to mix it up a little. This is perfect1. Please keep the weight workouts coming in addition to all of your other great content!

    I found this one recently. I dove into it the class this morning. Since I had both elastic band and hand weights, no modifications were needed. New way of workout with Nicole. Really fun and effective workout for me with additional prods. Enjoyed it a lot and will definitely repeat this workout in the future!

    Really loved the combo of pilates, resistance band work and small weights. I only used some 1.5kg weights and found it very challenging still! Thank you

    Absolutely love your videos, this one included!
    Idk how you manage to make me feel so calm and relaxed while I'm shaking and sweating, but it's magical! I feel so refreshed after your workouts.
    Please feature more vids with weights, especially upper body! It's surprisingly difficult to find a good Pilates based upper body workout using hand-weights!
