      +pink kookie never ever miss breakfast! It's the most important meal of the day. If you miss it you will only end up over eating throughout the day

    Just did this,, is it me or does strength training make you sweat more than HIIT an cardio?? Can't believe how much strength training makes me sweat. Amazing workout though. Since I started with fitness blender in January I started with the five day challenge an then carried on doing every new workout an some old ones again and honestly my body has transformed. Not only did I break through my weight loss plateau but my thighs an butt an overall legs an bum look absolutely amazing now!! These workouts work a treat love u guys xx

    I love these ones where you do weight-lifting for 45 seconds at a time, instead of reps. I think they're both really important and work your muscles in different ways, but after doing one of these I always feel like I REALLY got my muscles. I also feel like I got a really great cardio workout at the same time!

    I did this workout today. I was in pain, out of breath and sweating heavily and I really appreciated the ads during rest time I'll say that. But noone has ever made me like working out and that's what you did today. Thank you...

    I've done most of your butt workouts but this one is my favourite it burns like crazy. I thought I was going to die while doing squat hops second time. And I want to thank you guys, you've definately changed my life. For me now there's no other fitness canal on youtube but yours. I'm a happy person now. With every workout you give me so much power.     BEST lower body workout for me. Its time for me to up my weights but i will say this is my absolute favorite and only lower body workout that gets me sore with the weights i have right now. LOVE this one!!! Thanks FB!!!

    Hi Kelli, may I suggest an an ankle weight workout? A lot of the ones on TH-cam are too short or always the same. I love the pace you go and you always keep it fun thanks for another great butt workout!!

    Kelli is looking bomb as always before and after working out while I look like I just survived a hurrricane when I do FB workouts >.< Her lower body is so nicely shaped,she definitely inspires me to workout harder honestly.Nice legs ain't gonna come by themselves.:P

    slowly making life changes to get this weight off of me. I absolutely hate exercise and I love junk food lol. I'm slowly working myself into more challenging and longer workouts... and you guys are excellent at being incredibly encouraging. I may need to breaks, because of my cholinergic urticaria, but I am pushing myself. thank you for what you guys do!

    KELLI, you drive me to wake up at 5AM to get my workout done before work now. This workout is a great way to tone your legs and booty. I highly recommend utilizing ankle weights if you do not a set of dumbbells. KEEP PUSHING PEOPLE!

    I like this faster pace workout. It makes me work harder and sweat more. I also liked the deadlift kick out that was new and I enjoyed it.

    I've been doing this workout for a long time, increasing the weights, but no matter what, with all that weight to carry, it hurts my biceps much more than my glutes x)

    I considered doing a shorter lower body HIIT routine first today but did a low impact cardio and toning instead. That was the right call for me! I don't think I could have made it through this! It took me until the end of the first set of pistol squats to isolate to movement right, but it was still great. Terrific workout in a short time and I was huffing and puffing at some points, even with some extra quick breaks. Thanks for another great workout, K+D!

    I did this workout after doing your No Equipment Cardio: Fat Burning HIIT Workout with Warm Up Cardio (With Low Impact Modifications) and OMG I thought I would die at the end, I think those are one of your hardest workouts especially combined together and I've been working out with you guys for almost 2 years now:) I was so sore after that, that I could barely walk for 3 days, my colleagues made fun of the way I walk at work;p finally your Relaxing Stretching Workout for Flexibility and Stress Relief - Full Body Yoga Pilates Blend saved me !:) thank you!:)

    Kelli you look bomb! I started doing your butt and thigh strength workouts and combine them with hiit. Actually I really really love hiit workouts and used to only do them but now that I've started strength training too my legs are looking better and better.

    Kelly you ask if we are sore after this workouot: having taken a couple of weeks off I started back with kickboxing on Monday followed by this on Tuesday. It's killed me! I can only walk with straight legs and have to lower myself downstairs and on to the toilet! I won't be taking two weeks off again!

    I don't know why I was under the impression that this workout was going to be a 50 min one. I planned my day around that, and found myself finished at 25 min! Luckily, @fitnessblender has hundreds of free workouts to choose from, so I complemented this with a 15 min feel good stretch, and I feel accomplished for the day. Thank you, guys!

    I added this workout to My Calendar on a alternate day and it kicked my butt. Actually kicked my quads. Did it Thursday and still had to sit down in the rest room without hand/arms assist. good one though. Once I can do a squat again, I will do it again on non-upper body days.

    hi guys! does anyone know how many times I should exercise in order to obtain good results? I was following another workout routine which lasts about 6 minutes and I was doing it 3 to 4 times a week. should i do more than 1 set each time or that would be enough? thanks in advance :)
