Unfortunately as U2 became more and more famous during that tour the big crowds stopped recognizing songs like Love Will Tear Us Apart and U2's back catalogue. They're still a great band but it's always interesting to think about how different Rattle and Hum could have been if widespread America was more into the alternative sound of U2 rather than the classic rock
