Copyright remains with original owners - this is just me learning Final Cut Express editing software and my homage to a great band and a great song.

I lost my little brother 7.5 yrs ago and this very song was always his favorite. I understand your pain and im not suggesting that time will heal your heartache, but i assure you that there will be a day where you will hear this song or see or do something that instantly links you to your son and a warm smile will replace the tears. I was told this would occur when i too was in tears, never believing it would occur but it did. I dont know when or how long it will take for you, but just know that this song will make you smile and feel warmth like youve never felt before.

One of my favorites in concert. The opening sends chills every time. Sometimes when I'm feeling dead inside, this song reminds me I can still feel.

Seeing U2 live was almost a religious experience for me. I cried tears of joy at every concert! I see that many others felt the same way when I watch the crowd shots. I agree with the previous poster. They are the greatest band to ever walk the Earth! No other band can touch my heart like U2!

Joshua tree. I was supposed to be named joshua. My dad was manipulated by his to name me after him, as was my father. Hes in his 70s, my dad only ever called me josh. Never my given name. This opens the Joshua tree. Loved it. The edge plays guitar like id never heard then. I like still haven't found what I'm looking for more than any other. It's a top five of all songs. The sound, the feeling. Everyone misunderstood what I was and always will be looking for. My dad to love me so i can tell him about the son he never wanted to know. But this line here "still burning down love" made me want to find that place where the streets have no name.

That guitar riff, the inicial one. Makes me happy, makes me remember the sound test when U2 was going to play in 2009 at Cardiff Arena in Wales. By 1 PM that sound emerged from that big pot that was that stadium . People went crazy after listening that guitar.

I went to see U2 mid 90s and again for the Zooropa tour. War and Sunday Bloody Sunday was big when I first fell in love with you too (laugh out loud). So, when first saw them I went with a fellow female friend. We had seats against a banister. A man and his handicapped friend were there. Yvonne and my self each took an arm n rested each of the paralyzed young man's arm axillary (arm pit) n rested it on our respective shoulders. We danced our hearts and soul out, jumped and screamed like we saw" The Beatles ". Bono n Edge driving the beat to make 2 good looking angels save a man down n dance like nobody's watching. When I saw Zooropa it was in a stadium at the very upper bleacher(s). Ever scream n yell at a football game holding on to fellow pom pom n marching band members and go absolutely crazy? We as a TGI Friday's crowd of hard working college n graduate students did just that. Daring high jumps on the last bleacher up at the top while dancing. And I never felt so good hearing the boys say " Hey, it's my turn, share the Wendy" Good clean fun and therapeutic to a molested and rape victim. Thank You, U2. Thank you Bono n Edge. For always speaking to me through your music and carrying me through like Jesus and His Father on the sands where the footprints show. Bono is a Gaurdian Angel.

I wrote a comment a year ago, let me share with you, when I was listening this song I was really broke inside of me, we had lost our baby, the screaming of Bono at the beginning of the song become a relish for me, I scream it in my lonelines so many days and months for a row and let me go for the day was coming. Now we are expecting a baby again, we are healed but I'll never forget those moments. Thanks for the remix, stay strong, let you be weak when is the time, learn, fight and improve, you will get there.

Brilliant video!!! I was in that pit at Slane Castle in 2001. The best day of music I've ever had. Officially the crowd was 80,000 but a friend who was an organiser said that was a long way off the true figure. Electric atmosphere.

This is SO GOOD! The greatest live song in music history. Your video took me to that place. I've seen the band live 34 times (31x they played Streets) plus the world premiere of Rattle and Hum and this song has NEVER lost it's power! As Bono says, the Spirit walking through the room!

The best concert I've ever been to was U2 at SunDevil Stadium '87 Rattle n Hum tour! They were making a movie of the same name there so tix were $5 cuz that's how much movie tix were back in '87! I'll never forget it!

New Top Radio songs are worthless and forgettable! I miss the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000. Top Ten all sound alike with auto-tuning. Forgettable Top 40’s suck!
