For samsung u said s22 ultra, hence they wanted to clear ur issue personally, as S series phones are premium category. Had u mentioned any M-series or F- series model, they would just asked u to clear cache.
It's not like that few years back I had m51 and they did same for my device also they asked me to share screen and they solved my issue in 1-2 mins after that

Also try with network carriers - i like the BSNL until now....they waste less time on IVR as compared to other...you connect to CSR faster....jio one was the most annoying
