I've also been to Vivo service center, it's actually damn amazing the service. The staff is nice and polite and the policies are also beneficial for the customer. Like I'm from Kolkata, so they say only 1 person per phone is allowed to stay inside the premises, the others are politely requested to wait outside. This is done so that there's no overcrowding and the actual user of the phone gets place to sit on their sofas. The seating is good and they have plenty amenities too. So I'm very happy with Vivo. And i had a battery replacement so they didn't even charge service charge on it, which i was gladly surprised by.
Which Vivo or Iqoo phone do you have right now?
That's why vivo, oppo phones are little expensive than others.

My experience with samsung service was great back in dec, 22 when I accidentally dropped my A52 from 5ft height nd got charging port stopped working, nd within reporting for repair via call, they send home pickup within 30min nd took the phone for repair nd within next 2hrs, repaired it nd they haven't even charged any extra money also (only charges ₹200 for home pickup nd ₹100 for glueing back the back panel) as the charging port was just got unplugged from the broad inside the phone nd delivered back the phone within next 2hrs (report was done around 12pm, they took phone on 1pm, called for saying what's happened nd how much it will cost at 3pm nd delivered back at 5:00pm) nd they even provided a pouch bag also with the phone who's quality is great nd 6 months warranty for the repair 💯🔥

Sir I'm from Jaipur and using vivo devices from 2016 and i agee with you
Ambiance and Staff of vivo service centres is fabulous.
They have 2 hr repair policy for every issue and mostly part is also available.
And Most importantly
They provide free back cover and screen guard for the phones free of cost.
I usually change back case in evey 15-20 days when it gets pale.
I have 20+ transparent back cases.
They give it for free and no questions are asked.
Same goes for Iqoo as well
Usi ka charge jyada hai Vivo ka phone purchase ke time

Recently 6 months pahle main apne IQOO 7 ka display reapair k lie Gaya tha kaafi smooth experience tha Jane se pahle Maine call kar k confirm kar lia tha k kis service centre mein part available according to their provided details mein apne Ghar se thoda dur Wale service centre pe gaya aur same day change ho gaya mera original display k saath. 😇 Nice service provided by Vivo/ IQOO
