    This is the reason i have stopped ordering anything from Flipkart, even though i never faced such an issue but i was in flipkart customer service, and i know how bad it is. They just train their employees to repeat the same lines and make customers believe the issue would get resolved but it doesn't. And this order cancellation is a legit thing, when you place an order with an offer, just keep this in mind that it's gonna get cancelled (reason: now that your offer got wasted as the product got cancelled, they'll make you order the same product saying that "if you order it within 10 days you'll get a gift voucher", but even after ordering it customers don't get gift voucher and their refund as well)
    And for a refund, they'll confidently tell you that it's been initiated from the seller's end, but in reality it has not
    That's how they play with their customers

      Same thing happened with me. I ordered aquarium tank with size 22X22X45 cms but they mentioned as 143 liter in capacity I understood either capacity is wrong or dimensions is wrong. I called Customer Care for clarification they simply opened the product description and told me as it is. Then i told Bhaiyya Ek by dhed ki size me 143 liter kaise sama sakta he? Ek to description me size galat he ya capacity galat he. Then he got confused and told that is not mentioned in FLIPKART 😂😢 and told me to cut the call and again call back so new customer care representative can help you. I did same but again same answer from CC madam. Even I contacted their higher authority but no use. I simply request them to clarify from manufacturer but they didn't 🤦🏻 After 2-3 days they'd they cancelled my order stating products are out of stock🤦🏻 Hamare pados ke baccho ko bhi pata he ki 100X100X100 cms size me 1000 liter Pani ata he. Lekin CC gadhon ko kuch bhi nahi pata.......

      @@mahinaik2563 i was working on flipkart customer service, toh agar aapka call mujhe aata toh even mai bhi nahi bata pati yeh sab, because unka main motive yeh ki customer ko baato me fasao and unse positive feedback lo, but they're not getting this thing, ki agar woh eyj sab cheezo pe work nahi krenge and customers ko satisfy nahi krenge with their good service toh it's very obvious customers will give negative feedback, inko bas feedback ki padi hai and to get that positive feedback they will go to any extent fir customer ko pagal hi kyu banana pade

    Flipkart rejects bad reviews and posts only good reviews..I'm frequent online buyer and I noticed this when I post good reviews,it is posted immediately on application but when I post negetive review or bad reviews about my experience,they never post this reviews .. reason showing "moderation failed"

    Order cancellation is a legit pain on Flipkart and the main reason I never shop there unless it's a freaking exclusive. Bought my laptop about 3 years ago during the Big Billion Sale and the order got cancelled without my consent. After a couple of days of customer service lies and fighting, thanks to a friend who told me to keep fighting, they somehow completed the purchase. GG WTF, those days were painful! 🤬🤬🤬

    There is also an issue with their Open Box Delivery service, I had bought a fireboltt smartwatch a few days back that had a little gap between the glass and frame of the watch which was a manufacturing defect but they refused to acknowledge it and told me that it was a physical damage which I had failed to see during obd.Honestly, the gap was so little that it was only visible in low light conditions. After multiple calls and talking to the senior management for 5 days straight, they returned it didn't even replace as there was no option for it. So in obd you have to watch out for every little detail or it would be a nightmare afterwards.

    3:15 even Amazon is no less in order cancellation, especially due to their poor delivery service. The delivery agent doesn't call the whole day, and then it shows on Amazon that delivery has been rejected by the customer. That is some serious shit.

    Happened with me, ordered nechband for 1800, the neckbank delivered were of some local company and that too was not even working.
    No refund/replacement done.
    Could have bought iphone on BBD but its better to give 15k extra in shop for that instead of loosing 50k completely.

    Yes you shared a unbiased information about it, And it needs to be to aware people... I too Faced an issue of Asus Laptop which i purchased recently and Found it with heat issue, With in 3 days of delivery i Raised request for return, the product i purchased on 2nd july and raised return on 5th of the month but FK confirmed the return & Scheduled pickup date 20th july, But till now got no reponse to make return, when contacted them they say your return cannot be approved because brand has denied the product has no hardware issue and Cancelled the replacement. If they done want to give back the product and provide Refund why they mention "Return" option in orders page which no longer makes Sense.

    Stopped using Flipkart after an phone order cancelled by Flipkart and then the refund drama(2years ago) . It became a good competitor to a worst platform. Even you can notice, they have stopped innovating. Thats why Amazon has become more trusted and customer centric.

      @@soumenmahapatra7407 Called literally 100 times. There was one more problem, because of blocked account there was no way to clear Flipkart pay later bill. Complaint done 20 days before due date. But every time they gave deadline of 2 or four days, and gave link to pay was redirecting to login page only. After due date Pay Later team started harassing. This problem persisted for 3 months and then one link worked and bills cleared including dues after 3 months. Only because I believed their 50 deadlines to resolve ONE problem. And because of that 300 Rupees Pay later bill my cibil score fell from 783 to 697.
      I have screen recordings and call recordings but no use.

    Mai bhi flipkart ka bahut purana customer hu aur plus member bhi hu. Mere saath bhi ese bade sare issues ho chuke hain. max issues solve to ho jate hai but dikkat bahut jyada hoti hai. Aur ajkal return policy bahut hi jyada buri ho chuki hai. Refund to ajkal bhool hi jao. I think after sales services Amazon ki kafi better hai flipkart se is time.

    Mene ek bar ek book order kiya lekin jo book order kiya tha wo nahi aaya ek alag book aya. Ek bar shoe order kiya tha order completed hone ka bad uska price increase howa or order cancel ho gaya.
    Abhi Cash on Delivery ke liye 5 rupiya lete hai.

    Flipkart has always been fraud from the very beginning. I've switched to Amazon back in 2021 and never looked back and I'm way more than happy shopping with Amazon and their exchange policies are awesome.

    A few days ago..i returned a shirt on flipkart and it was showing that package will be picked today and tomorrow but after 5-6 days they automatically cancelled the return from their side and now return period date is over🙂🙂

    1 more issue is happening these days. They dont deliver products on time. Even if it is Guranteed/Express Delivery, they are supposed to send within specific deadline. The delivery person wont pickup calls, they will come according to their will and delay by more than 5 hours or reschedule it to the next day. Even if I raise a concern to customer care, they cant call the delivery executive. They have some preset lines to speak out and will ask us to wait. The delivery person wont come on time or wait for 5 mins in delivery location but expects us to stay back home full day even after having Guranteed Delivery Deadline. We dont have any work or what? The customer service is there just to say sorry, nothing else. Why do they have a support department if they can call or solve user issues? The work customer executives does can be done by a BOT also right? What is flipkart doing for this?

    My Flipkart Cancellation Story😢: I ordered An Analogue Blood Pressure Monitor machine for my parents in the BBD sale, in 2022. At first, everything was normal, the total money was paid in prepaid mode. After 1 week😮, a message came with a computerized bot call saying that it is canceled. In the sale I bought it at 800 rupees, later that cost me 1100 rupees 😮. I choose Flipkart over Amazon for this product due to its good reviews and price. But in reality that was an important product related to health, not like any regular shoes or clothes. Flipkart and its seller had caused me a loss, instead, I could have bought it at around the same price from Amazon. It seems that Flipkart has no concerns about these problems which customers are facing. They are just interested to earn some extra money in one way or another for the stats they want to produce during their upcoming IPO. BLOODY RASCALS.🤬🤬😡😠😤

    Brother, I am facing the exact same issue. Flipkart charges for returns, and besides that, they even charge handling fees, even for products below 500 rupees. These people charge 40 rupees for delivery, even though I am a Flipkart Plus user. This problem keeps happening, and it should be stopped.

    I ordered a laptopfrom flipkart . Received physically damaged product and i return the product at the same day itself.All they doing was keep saying lame excuses over and over and didn't approved my return request.I returned this product on 24 june and still no progress.Now they are telling me to file a complaint against the laptop brand which i ordered from flipkart.SHAME ON YOU FLIPKART !!!!

    And it is my 3rd time when wifi is not working first time it take 2 days
    Second time it take 9 to 14 days
    And now I am waiting from 3 days

    It will start in 4 working hr
    And now they don't even pick up my call
    Even they don't give me componsation for it
    They literally ruined 20 days of internet during my exam

    And after 4 days my plan will going to be end .

    Time line-
    First book a powebank on 23 November
    Received on 25 November but its defective old and used
    File a replacement complaint on same day 25 November
    Replacement is accepted.
    29 November its showing order is cancelled
    30 November Visited the ekart office they refuse to take old prduct
    After that every 4-5 days file a complaint because every time they took these 4-5 days to resolve this issue without taking any action and let the matter become old
    On every complain they call discuss the issue irretate me with asking same question multiple times. And wrote in the application matter is resolved without taking any action.

    I got a pullover from Flipkart a few months back and it was soiled and there was this stench of sweat, like someone had worn it to a warm, sweaty place for a day and then returned it. Luckily they accepted return.

    Being honest, I prefer Flipkart over amazon due to it's interface and experience. I haven't yet faced such issues listed in the video. Though if many people are sharing complaints, I guess it might happen!

    Order cancellation is a big issue in Flipkart.---for me also flipkart cancel the order..it appears that it scam.. i think its in bidding process..price fluctuate and the guy who pay high will get and who pay low order get cancelled

      Even amazon is getting worse ....... i order boat 330 i recived wrong product (different color) so i request to replacement or return....they return my product pick up done successfully after 4 days.... customer care person said that u send empty box so we will not going to give refund..!!! 1month ho gaye bahot complain kia cll kie mail kia tweet kia na refund aya na replacement mera 1599 gayi pani me.....bahot badi scam chal rhi h yaha....i think online shopping hi nai krni chahiye chahe wo flipkart ho ya amazon tab samjh aayegi enlog ko ki customer k sath fraud krne ke mtlb kya hota hai....

    Bro Flipkart post fake offer deals poster before sale and when we check on the sale day either the device will be outof stock or the price will be different.

    Great video bhai, I recently faced issue with flipkart, they gave me scratched boat tws, I asked for replacement and then they sent me again a scratched tws. After that I surrendered and kept the same scratched tws after so much tension with them.

    I ordered an Oppo Enco Buds for my dad which for some reason had fitting issues on the right ear. During the purchasing time the order page showed 7 days replacement window but the fraud they do is it will be a “Service Centre Replacement”. They did not accept the return and Oppo said only damaged product will be under warranty.
    Tweeted flipkart and after multiple complaints, they did not help. If you are giving a 7 day return why should not be it real ? The end consumer suffered. I have stopped shopping from flipkart now only prefer Amazon.

      You need to educate yourself buddy...first of all, electronic items never have return policy, they have replacement policy..no seller will help you for fitting issue..electronic items are made with general size (if any) can't be made tailor made for your ears 😂, policy is clearly mentioned on the product page..Secondly, enco buds always had "seller brand replacement policy" it never had "replacement policy" , "Return policy"...i purchased this product in November 2021..
      In the end just wanna say, don't be a fool while purchasing products..read out policies before making a Purchase..

Return policies should be transparent, if its a no return policy they should explicitly mention that. Fools are those who like to get fooled from the foolers. Show me any return policy where amazon isn't clear with their approach!
      Also how many complaints do you get to see from Amazon as compared to Flipkart? Validate your facts dude!

    Flipkart me ek option hai AC installation, kisi third party Jeeves se karwate hai. I paid full amount. But without even providing the service, they marked it done. I tried a lot to get it done but Flipkart always marked the resolution done and closed.
    Thankfully I had paid the amount through Credit Card. The card company instantly paid me my money back. Now my card company is pursuing on behalf of me.

    This happened with me also, Flipkart sold Refurbished Samsung s21 fe phone by saying new phone and this came to know after 11 month and samsung denied the warranty.
    Flipkart now saying seller is denying the exchange/warranty.
    And very useless response from Flipkart Customer service.

    Flipkart don't investigate on customers complaint , it happen with me also ,,😫 I ordered a product Rs 175 & they haven't send message like out for delivery, or delivery boy not even called me ,, I received message that item is delivered ,, when I raised complaint they said item is delivered that is final , still I haven't received my product 😨
