@@kiking9260 I still see it on Amazon for that price. “Pressure washer quick connect kit” I have a McKillans now and definitely worth the extra money. Honestly, everything in your pressure washer setup deserves spending the extra money, truly transforms the experience. But these work great too, just use some teflon tape and tighten pretty well.
Josh I have watched your videos for 9 months. I started getting the Ryobi 1800 pressure washer with a Uber flex hose and Adam’s pro foam cannon. I got Ridgid 4gal 5 hp and the rip clean setup. Ridgid 4.5 5hp pro pack with detail hose set. Maxshine 15m pro green polisher. And I do use Koch Chemie Pol Star and Green Star. I like Carpro Perl for interior dressing , tire and engine. IK 360 for and IK 32 Oz and IK pro 2 foamer for wheels. I like Adam’s wheel, car shampoo and car detailer. Rag Company clay ultra clay scrubby and towel. Auto fiber dry towel and microfiber towel and rag company microfiber towel. I really appreciate all your hard working that you’re doing it’s really appreciated thanks. Stephen from Florida ☀️
I lucked out and bought both my pressure washer and vacuum under $80 combined. Just saw some hyper tough pressure washers for $45 at my local Walmart, for those in the market for a budget friendly one. Hope this helps someone.
I think it’s great that you do this for budget starter business or home DIYer. I have some very expensive tools and cars and other toys, not afraid to spend a little money, but sometimes there are certain TH-camrs (OCD Matt) out there that feel that you have to have the top of the line commercial grade stuff just to detail your own car effectively. Idk, my $100 sunjoe power washer does a really good job on my 911. I have spent decent money on some products (ego blower, Dewalt cordless polisher, etc) but these are necessary, just convenient options
I have been thinking about starting my own detailing business for about a year now. Still nervous on pulling the trigger. I have been watching A LOTT of videos. I came across your videos. Night and day compared to other videos. The detail you go through on EVERY post is awesome. I'm in Arizona so I'm nervous about the direct sun on HOT days. Anyway, thanks for the tips.
Thanks for the information. Saving up for a beginner kit. binge watching all your videos. And definitely ordering from your site. everything in one place.
I have tried a few different drying towels on my r250 super duty and the Platinum Series Twisted Terry Super Absorbent Car Drying Cleaning Towel, 2 Count, Red, Gray 1000gsm from Walmart work phenomenally well, and are only $10 for two towels. Not super big but do the job. I have 4 of these towels and have not had to use more than 3 of them drying both my truck and my wife's van.
I've been watching your video's for about a year!! Love them I now have a wall set up withe the Ryobi electric power washer with flexible hose and power reel, mjjc pro 3 cannon, cut my work in half,I've been detailing for 40 years now keep up the video's!! Thanks Jan
That vacuum would be great if the "auto winding" power cord actually worked. It's frustrating as hell, I have to keep mashing the button over and over while trying to force the cord back in. A feature that should be a time saver ends up being the opposite.
Josh has the same price after shipping at least if you live in cali. So if you want to support him, might as well get it through him. His shipping is 2-3 days, so it's also as quick as Amazon. Either supports josh or jeff bezos🤣
Thanks Josh. I don't have a Costco near by and they charge for shipping regardless if you're a member or not. Grabbed those towels before they went up in price.
I have the 1600 psi version of that greenworks pressure washer and I use it every weekend to do my motorcycle and my girlfriends car. It does just fine. Had for a year now and has been great. I have 2 cheap foam cannons with the smaller orifices and upgraded the hose and got chemical guys pressure wand and it's perfect for the diy guy.
Can you do a video on the basics of starting, like copywriting your company name, insurance, the types of business, Sole proprietor, LLC, that sort of thing. I know you did a video touching on it, but this is where I am at and it’s very confusing.
Great video. I recently used a clay mitt and it was soooo much easier and faster than normal clay (and I have a bunch of normal clay kicking around). The speed and convenience is well worth the $20-30 cost.
I bought the Grants towels after the other video about them and man I love them. I used to buy the Costco ones but it’s so convenient to just picked the grant ones up and go. They are edgeless and tag-less. Not to mention I like the way they feel better than Costco’s. But Costco ones are good to 👍
Really? I did notice some lint but for me it was not much at all. But I also have not washed them. Maybe after the wash they will not drop any or maybe more haha. Time will tell.
Didn't see it mentioned but a small ozone generator placed in a vehicle for a couple hours will effectively remove a multitude of foul smells in a vehicle without labor intensive removal and cleaning of the entire interior.
Hey josh, also can you make a review video on air fresheners? I use them For my customers but I am not sure if maybe there is something better/ cost effective. Thanks! Great videos man, love them!
Yeah Josh, if I’m not mistaken, you’re in California? Sorry to burst your bubble, but that’s the truth? I just bought a 21 Acura ILX, and I can’t wait to detail this car? Especially the paint. Like I said though, it’s not happening in this climate, without a garage?
Some items might cost 8-10 dollars more on amazon... however... amazon will ship most of the time for free.. and if you are prime you will have the product in two days or less... that is where amazon wins... we all know shipping cost are dumb now and time to get the product is important...
