Whenever you buy a used car just have extra money put to the side, If you can't afford to buy a brand new car. Sometimes, you have to put some money into the car to make it work for you. If you buy a used car with absolutely no repair issues, consider yourself lucky and you bought a gem.

If you DO that, at least get it in writing that you can reposess the car (that they sign) if they don't pay the rest by a certain date, and put a lien on the title (so they can't sell it).
