Instead of dry brushing, massage, or guasha can you just use a washrag or microfiber cloth to follow the pattern in the shower while you are already washing? (I don't mean the gels they sell - just, you're already in the shower) If not, why not?

I had breast, lumpectomy and seven lymph nodes removed two weeks ago in my right breast. Now I have cellulitis and having a difficult time getting rid of it. Is this going to increase my risk of lymphedema and what should I do to prevent it?
