What is true and what is not? Why is there so much confusion? In today's video, which is part 3 of a series, we are going to go through 3 different myths about lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Do manicures or gardening cause lymphedema? Do 1-2 lymph nodes removed no longer place me at risk for lymphedema? I had breast cancer surgery 3-5 years ago, am I no longer at risk?

Do you recommend a home program post surgery to decrease the risk of developing Lymphedema?

Instead of dry brushing, massage, or guasha can you just use a washrag or microfiber cloth to follow the pattern in the shower while you are already washing? (I don't mean the gels they sell - just, you're already in the shower) If not, why not?

I had breast, lumpectomy and seven lymph nodes removed two weeks ago in my right breast. Now I have cellulitis and having a difficult time getting rid of it. Is this going to increase my risk of lymphedema and what should I do to prevent it?

Is it getting under the sun or going to the sauna a bad contribution for lymphedema?
