here's my second version of Guts Theme from the '97 BERSERK OST
My first cover of Guts Theme, though I still like it, had a few issues with the mix and the vocals.
This version (as well as my other Berserk covers) will be on streaming services very soon.

I needed this, I’ve been going through a rough spot recently, I’ve been slightly depressed but this motivated me. This reminded me how life will always have low points but afterwards it’ll have highs so high it was worth enduring the pain. Remember strugglers, the sun will always rise. And thank you for this Paul.

Amazing music! You did genuinely great work on this, and I can't wait to see more music. Also, maybe try remixing Risk Of Rain 2 OST, from both the main game and DLC. It would feel a bit random, but with the remixes from you I've seen, some great remixes could be made! Even if you don't want to, at least check it out. It's a masterpiece.

Okay so If they adapted a full length anime, I can imagine after the eclipse guts would have some edgy black swordsman music and this wouldn’t play again until after the troll lair when he looks at his party appreciatively
Life is the very concept of struggling and we feel, so many things whilst we go through. There is a different between suffering and struggling, to which Berserk shows us. It is beautiful because in these moments of wrath, sympathy, despair, misery, regret, envy, adoration, respect, unity, loneliness, desolation, and oneness do we feel that there is purpose and reason to life.
Berserk wasn't at its best when it was into hyper-violence, death, cool fight scenes, or even the worst moments of suffering. It is at its best when a man remembers. Remembrance of what could've been and what is, the duality of reality and our delusions of a better world. And oftentimes life makes us think there is a difference. But Berserk teaches us that you can grasp this life, you can grasp something better.
This is when Berserk is at its best. When Guts lies beneath the shining blades of grass amongst the fields of which he was born from battle and nearly died in it. He has no power, no strength, and no purpose. He is but a leaf, forced to only survive against the cold and harsh winds which try to pull him apart.
But Berserk reaches its peak when Guts is thinking under these fields of grass, sitting against a tree stump, or has lost everything and the only thing he has left, the only thing he ever has was his sword. His desire to be of service, to be useful. The only thing that's stuck around and that's been there for him.
These tranquil moments of wrath, misery, sorrow, reflectance, sympathy, mourning, and acceptance make Berserk reach into the ethereal realm, and, while Miura did develop it early into his life and the beginning of Berserk is flawed with anger, wrath, and this edginess, Berserk always was about evolving and growing and changing because it changed into becoming about development.
Berserk saved people's lives and it teaches that utter rage is not the life one is to live because it leaves you desolate long after. And Guts picks up the pieces even after he has nothing left but his sword. Because beneath these rays of gold, these rivers of rain, and these earned tears of acceptance, we can become better and change ourselves.
This is the song that encapsulates it all. Thank you.

I understand. Tho there are many arcs, the first arc that’s just called ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters’ is most people’s favorite and the same goes for its opening/main theme.

I *LOVE* your music dude, especially your Berserk covers. But I really wish you wouldn't use AI images in your thumbnails. I know it's quick and easy but all AI is exploitative and built on stolen data. It's invading every creative sector (including music) so every creator needs to stick together by not using it to fill the gaps in their own abilities. I'm no musician, but I'd never use AI music just because I needed something royalty free as a backing track.
I actually agree with everything you've written dude. I'll be honest, thumbnails can be a grind for me and to my fault, I took the easy route. I've changed the thumbnail now (credit given to the creator ofc after previously been given permission). I've had a few negative comments when I've used AI images so I promise to not do so anymore. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, take it easy bro.

Tbh, I'm kinda glad I was called out early on as I think I would have used AI more and more which is nothing to be proud of. Anyone that argues the merits of AI can die on that hill but it's really not worth it IMO.
