Love your house. Question: I saw your doors to the yard are open. Are there lots of bugs outside. Do they come inside your house? How do you get rid of them?

POINT OF ADVICE: when renting in Costa Rica, don't assume anything ! Most rentals do NOT come furnished, nor do they include basics like a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. If you can find one WITH those appliances, you will pay MORE. Furniture may only include a dining table & chairs, a bed frame (no mattress), and maybe chair(s) in the living room. ALSO - check the WATER - many homes use the "suicide shower" for hot water. This is a direct water heater, which you have to turn on, attached to the shower head. AND REMEMBER - air conditioning will GREATLY increase your electric bill !

Please people don’t ever buy a house in another country unless you live there for a year or 2 years to know the country. I have been to Costa Rica I don’t think it’s expensive compared to other places I have been. Love Costa Rica. Thanks for your video

Is it safe to leave outside a gated community when you are away 6 months a year?
If you have a good relationship with your neighbours it would help but I personally have people baby sit my house when I am gone.
