Your videos have been so helpful with my brain fog. I was already using some of your videos for my head and neck every morning for my ME/CFS which appears to be very similar to long COVID. I was so excited to see you bring attention to lymphatic drainage as a potential method of helping with the glynphatic system, which also clears amyloid beta from the brain. Amyloid beta, as I'm sure you know, is implicated in Alzheimer's and other neurodegenetative diseases. Thanks for all you do!
After over a year of near non-stop suffering and disabling symptoms, this video has been the only thing that has brought me relief. It's been nothing short of life-changing. I still have to deal with the limitations of long covid, but I now regularly have days that are better than before I ever had covid. Thank you so much for sharing this.
@@jakutzI mean none of my problems or disabilities have gone away but you shouldn't expect treatment like this to have that result. It's still a valuable rescue technique when I have a flare-up, but I'm not having to do it multiple times a day like I was when I posted my last comment.
I had COVID 2 weeks ago and I've been struggling with so much post nasal drip and head congestion--and I can really feel that the glands under my jawline are swollen and sore. This felt wonderful and gave me my first headache relief in weeks. So glad I found you! Thank you for your clear demonstration and easy to follow tutorial. this is going to be my routine until the congestion is gone!
Thank you for this. I am a long hauler who has had blood clotting issues, followed by lymphatic swelling. Even my left breast started to swell. Before this I was a very healthy person. So glad to find your channel.
I am watching this at 2am bc I cannot sleep due to Covid. After I did this I feel so relaxed and my fluid has drained. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I think I can actually sleep now.
A lot of US practitioners are so deeply indoctrinated in Western medicine & many Americans don’t question or do their own research but prefer to take a pill.
Dear Heart, thank you for this video. Have endured COVID and then extreme fatigue since November 2022. I had one lymphatic massage years ago and I totally relaxed. My body responds well and this is my third time working with this sequence. Its wonderful and I am so relaxed right now. Will be working with this twice daily. All Love
This is great! I have been suffering from Long Covid for over a year now and it really is the most awful thing. I came across lymphatic drainage massages a while ago and they did always help to offer temporary relief from my symptoms. But with so many different ways to do lymphatic drainage massages on the internet I never really knew which method to try so it's really helpful to have this video which gives a specific routine to follow and is also specifically for Long Covid. Thank you for making this video!
Thank you Kelly! I have appreciated you and your videos throughout my long covid journey. You have come into my home and many homes through your videos and given us your help and expertise and calm presence. I have shared your videos multiple times on the long covid support groups. Thank you so much for what you do!
This is wonderful! I've had long covid for 15 months now and have researched every idea I heard down many rabbit holes as I attempted to get well. I recently heard about lymphatic massage as a possible help and have tried several suggested ways. Yours has given the most relief within minutes from head congestion I didn't even realize I had! I have high hopes for the brain fog and fatigue, too. I have saved this video to watch again and again. Thank you!!
@@jakutz the fatigue is hard to shake. It's been gradually getting better with loads of supplements like NAC twice a day, etc. Right now I'm stepping into Dr Peter McCullough's recommendation for dissolving the excess clotting covid gave us. I'll see if I can find the link.

Yes, Thank you, Kelley, this was very helpful. I am a Certified Massage Therapist; however, Lymphatic Drainage was one subject I and my classmates were never taught. After seeing this informative video, I learned that when I clean my face or massage others faces that I have been using this same procedure. It just seemed to me, at the time and always , to be the most natural way to do Massage; especially when I am using “ Effleurage “ on a client who prefers a light touch. I think the Meridians, and different Systems of the body human are so unique. Seeing an inner map of the “ Lymphatic System “ and knowing how the energy flows helps my understanding even more. Once again, Thank you, Kelley.

Tamarah, are there other specific videos you recommend? I too have been dealing with long covid, going on 4 months now, and have found this exercise to be SO helpful!
@@janicegirling6849 Apologies for the delay in replying. I have experimented with a lot of alternative therapies as well as mainstream doctors and prescriptions as you would expect. Managing inflammation, weird lymph flow behaviors (back-flow feelings) and the related pain has been my biggest struggle 24/7 and then the random symptoms that come and go on top of those two ongoing issues. So, what I can tell you has helped me the most is lymphatic drainage massage, acupressure massage points from charts on google images (especially in hands/face/feet and toes to relieve the massive amounts of pressure from fluid I feel in my "brain"), vagus nerve massage vids from Sukie Baxter, sinus drainage massage (google articles with charts) and sleep hypnosis for pain relief (Jody Whitely vids) every. single. night. Recently I have added sessions with lymphatic vibrating platforms which have also helped a great deal to relieve the feelings of "congestion and inflammation" of my lymph in certain areas and throughout my body. I hope these can be a help to you. Long Covid has been a endless nightmare for me for over a year now. These things have given me the most relief.
