A year late with this, but for anyone wondering, the listed reasoning for this is "In this movie, sparky takes advantage of a glitch to abuse the weapon's attack to cause more damage. This is only possible in the Japanese version." That's what they wrote in their hyperlink notes about this run.

I wish I could play like that! I own the flipping game and have never made it much further than the freaking train. I'm not very good at all at that game but if I could just blast stuff with my spaceship thing mind powers it would be pretty alright!

Great game, passed it twice. There are two more endings. Great soundtrack and ambient, dark atmosphere and special effects. This game needs a remake.
I don't know why they haven't remade it or have another studio pick it up. This would be a great game download for PSN!
KH3 Schwarzgeist battle was a good tribute to Einhander, but I would love a full remake using that style

I still like SE's nod to this game by having a boss in Final Fantasy XIV named Einhander.
Einhander just means "One-handed"
There is also Endymion and Astrea, the two aevians that carry the Magitek generators during the Midgardsormr fight.

that is the default path when you destroy the polizei's head, you only go through the ruins if you destroy his platform

No, you go underground if you destroy bottom part of midboss, the signs spawn enemy with riot
