In this episode, I was blessed with the opportunity to interview Charlie Staten, owner-operator of CJ's Ice Kream, an ice cream truck based out of Mobile, AL.
Charlie has owned this truck since the tender age of 16 years old, and is now celebrating 5 years of business by giving back to the community that has inspired him so much.
