In the USA many have an oven and mainly use it for pizzas. In Thailand many don’t have ovens so I imagine you would miss things associated with an oven. Happy New Year 🥃

I like the new oven Chuck, that pizza looks great! On the dog problem, I was able to attach a holster and water pistol to the frame in front of me. Filled it with straight vinegar. Not lethal but a shot to the race slowed them while I pedaled away. Just a thought. Happy New Year!

Good job with the bread and pizza. I do miss bia Leo a lot, but if we get to Thailand later this month I will have a few of them.
Watch out for the mosquitos one of the Thailand vlogers wife ended up with dengue fever and died from it. I've had malaria 🦟 from the little buggers when I was stationed in Kenya it's not a nice feeling mate.

Hey Chuck, how about a beer review of the local Thai beers for the channel ?I'm in Tokyo this week and tried 7-Eleven- Suntory private label beer and was absolutely delicious! And at a 15% discount over the rest.

If it is pizza dough or garlic bread i put garlic salt, other than that just a 12 tbs for taste
