Hey Chuck.... quick tip on buying large amounts of cheese, freeze what you dont want straight away then take out defrost and use. Ive done it for years and it works great.

Hey Chuck, just wanted to let you know about three wheeler bikes have your mom be real careful when she goes down a slight incline, onto a street level. If you don’t square up to the hill, it will tip forward to the right or forward to the left depending on what angle you are to the downhill slope. When people fall off three wheelers, they try to catch themselves and they break both wrist. My aunt did that out in Arizona. She had to have her sister come over and wipe her butt for her for a couple months.

HI Chuck i make homemade pizza all the time here in So Cal but i heard you say you were going to cook the pizza sauce ? i would not reccomend that you do that even if you are adding new ingredients to it ! there is no need to cook the pizza sauce and here is the reason why. Pizza sauce is made mostly with roma tomatos which when the sauce is freshly made at the factory or at home is sweetened with sugar to offset the acid from the tomatos when you cook it again all you are doing is adding to the acidic nature of the sauce. Try adding your wanted ingredients to taste and refrigorate the sauce again for one hour and then it will be ready to use on your homade pizza you should see a bit of a difference in the taste you will get the sweetness and it will not be altered this way...

Hi Chuck and Paige ❤ I freeze my yeast and it lasts forever, don't forget the old age rule I learnt in a bakery, add 1gram extra yeast into recipe for every 100 metres you are above sea level. I am roughly 300 metres above sea level so I add about 10 grams instead of the 7 grams in my recipe. We've been eating my home made pizza for the last 2 days since I seen your home made pizza the other day. 😄 xxoo

That's a common scam with those lithium ion batteries, they label a low capacity as a high capacity and get double what the battery is worth. As you noted Chuck, you can judge the capacity by the weight. They do the same scam with hard drives and USB drives.
