Even talking about pedals and playing for demonstration this guy never fails to amaze me. I hear his playing and whatever I do instantly all of my attention is right there and my jaw is on the floor. How is he doing this... Amazing.
MARCUS I'M AN OLD HEAD MUSICIAN FROM THE 70'S AND STARTED LEARNING GUITAR, A COUPLE YEARS AGO. YOU SIR, ARE MY HERO. WHAT A TALENT. HOPE TO MEET YOU SOMEDAY BROTHER.
I grew up listening to Pop music, world music and later in my teens, Rap music. Now, I listen to House music, classical music and got into blues music. Thank you God for this music. It's absolutely incredible
Marcus King is an absolute monster, those tones and that style is insanely smooth. he knows his shit too, didn't miss a beat on any of the demos. more rig rundowns sweetwater!!!
This guy is an incredible talent, I hope he has every success so obviously deserved. Telling those in Australia who need to know about this great talent that is Marcus King & band.
My ears perked up when I heard the orange head. Circuit sounds good, very growler, kinda like an old school Crate/Peavey setup I had when I was a kid. Interesting review, definitely worth hearing. Thanks!
Saw him last year in Austin at Stubb’s. The entire line up was amazing. Of course, Marcus and his band stole the show. It’s funny cuz none of the time based effects were used in the show even though he seems to really enjoy them . Straight rock n roll but I’m sure that gets exhausting so good to have them there when the moments calls for it!
When I'm playing I prefer Luxilon Alu Rough with a Synthetic string setup especially with my vintage Gibson Firebird ll running through the Vox piggy back from 1968.
Sounds like he was calling somebody out talking about that echo-plex going missing sometimes lmao. Whoever’s swiping Marcus’ echo-plex without asking: he knowsss
@@fchampd4512 it’s a gib semi hollow, that’s all that matters. They’re all good. I don’t like so much the 339 bc it’s pretty much a les paul with holes and doesn’t quite feel like a semi hollow to me. I need some substance I suppose.

Great video! Many thx :) What's the univibe pedal he is using? I can't find it in the list.

Marcus is the guy I would love to sit around and play guitar with. Such a cool cat. Awesome talent.
This kid is presently killing it, and is also the future of real live and new music for decades. Get ready!!
He's the real deal that's for sure.
No.
I saw Marcus live yesterday and this guy is just out of this world 🤯 👽 Mind-blowing show!
Came across your music by accident on TH-cam. Love your stuff, bloke. Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺.

Something so REAL about his music ❤️👍
One of the best sounding rigs but I’m sure he could make anything sound amazing.
Such a great talent...and those Tru-Fi pedals sound killer!
King by name King by nature. Legend in the making. Go for it youngblood!
Great setup. Everything sounds spectacular. Such licks. Great video, thanks 🤘

Need to show Drew Smithers rig too, that boy rips!
Was there a stereo chorus hidden somewhere in the rig, or is that added in at the soundboard
it's probably a phase issue due to thr various amps/microphones used here without too much adjustment in post production
Guessing that's a Dunlop Rotovibe (not a MXR Univibe)?
Love the rig but I have no idea what the signal path looks like. Any ideas?
6:27 nice.
7:36 nice.
I love you Marcus ❤️
What a name for an amp: MK Ultra
Did anyone hear the wheels on the bus around 13:00😂😂
Brilliant
See you March 18, Marcus! 😎
The univibe "has an expression, so you can change the level". And by "level", he means "speed"...
starting to wonder if MXR is behind this video
Should have played that Fender amp.
Wow!!
A good 335 is UNBEATABLE
Isnt it a 345?

that mxr boost is kinda s_ _ t....
8 ten’s really ??? There is no place your going to need that much volume,
No need for all that “atmospheric “ pedal bs….straight ahead crunchy dirty blues!
