Thanks for a great video. Appreciate the information. It was very useful. In return, a tip, when pouring from the resin container, (@5:26), turn the container 180 degrees, so the opening is at the top .... you'll find the pour much more easy to control.
Thank you 👍😁
Very helpful, thanks for making this video.
Bless ya thank you Alex
This was great the comparisons were really helpful. I just ordered the Sunlu resin to test out and will be using this process with my Saturn S
Glad it helped thank you for the comment 👍
Another great video thank you for helping us newbies .I started only painting and just order a Saturn 3 Ultra as my first printer
Ooo I'm sure you'll love the new printer 😁, thanks for taking the time to comment 👍
Very nice informational video, thank you. I've had a resin printer for 2 years now and one of these day I'll try it out! LOL!
I was a little bit like that to be honest until I realized the importance of doing a calibration it really does improve the quality of thel final print
Great Video, simple and effective presentation. I've run with default with my Photon X (and Anycubic Grey resin) and its been great BUT I'm going to try SunLu in the next week or so and will definatly try this calibration out. Still faily new but loving the flexibilty of printing gaming models with 3d printing.
My one conern will be how strong the models will be with Standard Grey SunLu as I mostly print to game. Currently I mix in 10% Anycubic Tough Resin and that works perfectly (bit too brittle befrore)... hmmm.... I wonder of I can mix in 10% Tough Resin into SunLu... Oh, I subbed bt the way 😃
Thanks for another excellent video - great timing as I'm about to do my first ever print. Do you only do this when you change to a different resin? Do you find the results change in the cold or hot?
Definitely do it if you change your resin to a different colour or type can ideal world you do it each time just to make sure the resin is ok and the settings are good but realistic Lee I would do it if you change resin or colour
Nice video again.
I notice it depends what exposure test you run but they all show different results.
I tried the flat XP2 test and it says under exposed.
The cones of exposure show slightly over exposed.
Rule of thumb is go slightly over exposure so the supports work.
Thanks for the info! I absolutely agree
i usually just run default and hit print lol thanks Tony I'll give this a shot
I used to do that too but realised I was missing an easy opportunity to make it better 😁👍
Where’s the Dredd model from please?
@@mikesellick9804 it's in the link in description 👍
Printed 6 of spread around the plate on my Photon M3 MAX. One of them didn't stick to the plate and stuck to the FEP. My thoughts are this is related to the bed level. What do you think?
Good possibility I'd say
@@greedy3d480I've had this happen on beaten up FEP sheets, not necessarily unleveled. I got some FEP lubricant and that solved the issue. I usually relube after a bottle of resin, however my printer is pretty small (70x130) so a bottle lasts me a lot of prints.
Can you just come to my house and make my printer work. I'm having a mare :)
Ah bless ya we've all been there
