How the hell is this even a debate? I love Kratos way more than Goku but Goku is so damn fast that Kratos can't possibly hope to keep up with him in both travel speed and hand to hand combat speed. Kratos might be able to tank a lot of damage but there's no way he can take a beating from Goku for too long. This is so vastly one sided and any argument otherwise is pure fanboy cope

I played every single god of war game including betrayal and he never once does anything to show himself being as fast as Goku. Your "scaling" is an exaggeration based on a moot comparison. Kratos can't keep up with Goku's speed for ducks sake look at god of war 3 when he was chasing Hermes. Hermes was running fast but not even at his mythological top speed and Kratos couldn't catch him, he had to catch him off guard with the environment and weaken him before being able to get close. When you think about it, it actually makes since why he needs to be this strong because his gonna fight the others gods in other mythologies
Goku at base form (God Ki) nullified an attack that will destroy universe 7, which is 13x larger than ours. Ssj is a x50 multiplier, ssj2 is a 100x multiplier, ssj 3 is a x400 multiplier. Now he has his God form, in which he can also use supersaiyan making him turn ssj blue (x50 multiplier). He can then use kaioken x20 multiplying his strenght even more. Now he has ultra instinct and mastered ultra instinct, which shook the world of void and defeated jiren who surpassed gods.
Broly also shatters reality with a clash against gogeta. Super Buu was merging dimensions and destroying them. Infinite Zamasu was merged with the timeline and universe itself. And M.U.I goku surpassed all this characters. He also has many abilities shown like Instant transmission, Telepathy, Perfect Ki control, God abilities like healing, Ki binding and not being sensed by anyone without godki. He can also dodged attacks automatically while in ultra instinct.
There are also many speed feats he has shown, like travelling the snake road which is million km and dodging multiple lightspeed attacks at weaker forms and previous arcs. Beerus also travelled to another galaxy in under 20 seconds, when whis was late. His current opponent right now also surpassed instant transmission.
Kratos is competitive in a Jr. league pantheon. You have to scale up his powers (and his feats) to even get him into the conversation. In War of God game, Kratos character is routinely killed by giant snakes and the like. Fanboyz always going to like their 'hero' but Kratos is going to crumble like a bad cookie vs Goku.

I have scans of characters far weaker than Eos Ichigo just casually creating entire Universes and tossing them at their foes like volleyball on Panel and they do this casually in Base.
Most people on the web are ignorant of how powerful Bleachverse is because they are ignorant of the structure of the Bleach cosmology.
In Bleachverse those "Multiple-Universes" that you and other powerscalers of Bleach keep mentioning are ALL INSIDE of a 5d "Hyperspace" called The "Garganta".
And there are an Infinite number of universes called "Kyogoku's" aka "Valley of Screams" inside the Garganta. Not just the 3 main ones you often see and hear about.
I have scans of several characters in Bleach stated and shown to be powerful enough to effect and destroy the entire Garganta Hyperspace.
All of these characters are weaker than Eos Ichigo.

Once I have posted the scans from the Canon sources showing you on panel everything which confirms my claims to be true then I consider that as having provided evidence.

But it was important for me to share that info with you explaining some of the Bleach cosmology. If I did not explain that I could post the feats here and you wouldn't even know what you are looking at. Everyone who has watched Bleach has already seen the Garganta many times, and the Bleach gang travel to and from different realms through it many times, but very few of even the most die hard Bleach fans I have spoken with recognized that they were looking at a "5d Hyperspace" every time they see the characters interacting with the "Garganta".

in terms of durability, fighting through being impailed isn't the only thing to talk about. the amount of damage someone is able to take without being scratched is also durability. like goku can tank planetary destructive hits.
Kratos fell from Olympus (heaven) down to the underworld (hell) and he’s faught beings who hit harder than the Big Bang the primordials created the universe with their fists and the titans killed them then the gods mostly Zeus with just 1 swing exiled them to Tartarus and and all those titans scale to uni-uni+ and kratos was eating Zeus hits and baulder was stated to be even stronger and Zeus just by getting mad wene kratos came back to life shock all the universes wich were stated to be infinite in size and he killed the concept of fear controlled by Zeus

Granted all those feats of Kratos took place after gaining the power of hope and becoming the God of War but he lost both of those powers in GoW 3. All he really has now is his demigod power, his weapons and a rage mode that doesn't even compare to rage of the gods

kratos in my opinion is stronger and faster in reaction time. goku is currently faster movement wise compared to kratos. but thats pretty much it. kratos is fast enough to counter and hit goku. and kratos honestly won't let goku power up to his transformed states. kratos is no stranger to hitting a foe in a postion when their trying to do something that would make the fight hard for him. also kratos has fought literally embodiements of reality and killed them, thanatos the primordial of death, gaia the first primordial. Cronus the King of the titans, Zeus the king of the gods all of these people are leagues of above goku in power. and kratos killed them all. only reason why in Gow Ragnarok odin and thor can fight on par with kratos is because they are also that strong.

Na. Xeno goku has pulled off some stupid feats before. Like beating up demigra who was going to destroy not only the dragon ball multiverse but beat’s world aswell (aka the human world). All of kratos feats are cap. The Greek and Norse gods and mythology are wildly exaggerated even within their own words. So basing kratos power off of hypotheticals is ridiculous. We’ve physically seen what goku and the gods of the dragon ball universe are capable off. Everything physically seen in GOW isn’t anywhere near the level that’s power speed and destruction shown in DBS. The Greek and Norse mythology “power” scales are as shit as marvel and dc. A bunch of nonsensical, inconsistent bs that is contrived from decades of random “feats” that far surpass the realm of power relative to the character and their situations, world and story. As crazy as dragon ball is plot holes and all it’s still far more based in a reality opposed to crazy random myths taken far too literally yet never show to come yo scale when brought into reality. That’s why it’s so easy to scale and understand the powers of dragon ball but when you look at GOW it’s like “well yah but the gods and legends and prophecies say this so this god is ACTUALLY this strong so kratos is even stronger than that” because everything ever translated into the reality of GOW is a drop in the bucket to the myths told. And I’m not talking about game play mechanics.

Ok to start Goku in the tournament of power is not stronger than vegito from the trunks arc. Vegito in base form is much much more powerful than Goku in blue. He may stand a chance with the kio ken but again vegitos power is much much higher than Goku alone in base. Now vegito with blue would have definitely been an interesting fight with Jiren but I imagine vegito even has a slight edge on Jiren power scaling wise, speed not so much. Ok now touching base on the spirit bomb Goku did not absorb it. The literal meaning from Japan of the genki dama is life ball. So the ball restores his energy, during this point Goku finds it in him to shatter his limits and push to UI. But anyway there are several arguments here that are way off base, questioning how much of a fan you are... Hands down no debate Goku defeats kratos with ease. Kratos is strictly brute strength nothing else, Goku is a martial artist. With speed and Gokus techniques kratos literally doesn't stand a chance. Then the UI part of the fight you do understand Gokus body is moving independently on their own off pure instinct no brain work involved means literally doesn't have a reaction time it's instantaneous. Goku would take a few blows, then from there it would be a very one sided fight with kratos literally not standing a chance at all.
