  • These were super yummy! The shell portion of this video was recorded night #2 of this meal...and the taco meat was just as yummy as a leftover as fresh accompanied by the freshly made shells! Add extra heat if you want...as is this is not very spicy but very flavorful! Not much harder than packet-made taco meat!
Because of using 90% lean beef there was no grease to speak of in the taco meat! It was juicy and yummy but not dripping orange grease! YUM!
Serve with your favorite toppings! We like fresh guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa!

@jollyjess6 That's a good question- I thought about saying in the video...I used veg oil, but you could use corn oil, whichever you have. Thanks for the sweet comment! I will be honest if I ever have a flop- so you don't waste your time making it!

Thanks Kate! You should watch the brownie video- there is only a small part but you can hear Ian talking to Camden about sneaking cheerio's while daddy wasn't watching!

Ok I have a dumb question...Did you use vegetable oil to make the shells? btw I always like that you put your tips and how you felt about it at the end!
