    Growing up in an Italian household my Dad's side of the family was from Bari Italy and my Mom's side was from Naples and Sicily. I could understand Italian but not really speak it too good. But had fantastic memories as a kid back then.

    Buongiorno Bella singora Tara. I just found your channel . I am half Italian from my late pops huh? Born in yhe Bronx there. My late father's side of the family owned and started back in the early 1950s Parkchester distributors there in the Bronx. You my lady are one beautiful woman. Please dont tekl anyone ? But ive had a crush on yous for some time .... Madone 🤌 ! Anyway now that ive found your channel i look forward to seeing more videos huh? I currently live in the southwest region of the country . I look forward to making a trip back to the city one day soon and to have a nice Italian meal or two? Or ?? I don't know maybe everyday that im there . Anyway.     Hey Tara! My Dad was from Salerno and my Mom is from Supino. Both came to the U.S. when they were very young. Love your videos and Italian humor!!❤

    i love italian/bronx accent even though i'm asian i tried to use the accent and people actually asked how old i am and what did i do for living loool (was a small conversation explaining ehailing app to older guy locally)

    I'm a sicilian originally from the bronx and I've never heard some of these words. I guess your never too old to learn

    From scoolabast (scolapasta), statzit (statti zitto) and shangad (sciancato) to mamadelle and bachagaloop which I have never heard of, how do you want people to recognize words if these are so distorted?

    Hate to be that guy but Salerno and Avellino, although close to Naples, count as their own cities.
    Saying I’m from Salerno, Naples or Avellino, Naples would be like saying I’m from Baltimore, New York

      There are italian dialects and new york neighborhoods italian dialects

    remember italians are the only real latins since latin was born in romw 3000 yrs ago and latina is a city in italy. not hispanic. spanish culture is castillian. and italians were also hanged in new orleans in 1891. lets stick together as italians no matter what country we live in
