    • @OliviaNile
      @OliviaNile ปีที่แล้ว +50

      False. His alibi is most certainly provable as supported by his car being caught on cctv and his cellphone pings. The mistake he made is that his alibi does NOT prove that he didn’t do these murders, which of course is the whole point of an alibi. He could have been “driving around” on a “late night drive” AND committed the murders. His “alibi” does not exculpate him from the scene nor the act, and that’s where he effed up.

      Aibis are tricky b/c they need to be credible. A credible alibi is something that can verified by an unbiased third party source. For instance, if you said you were at a bar during the time of a crime and the bar had video which showed you were there, that's a credible alibi. But if you just said "I was at home alone sleeping", that's not a credible alibi b/c if it were then every suspect would say they were home alone sleeping during the commission of the crime. So him saying he was driving alone at night isn't really an alibi and that's not what the defense is saying either. They're stating the fact of what he was doing at the time of the commission of the crime and that the alibi would be supported with the cross examination testimony at trial...

    I'm laughing so hard at this! Not out of any disrespect for the poor victims, but the sheer stup*idity of this alibi from a supposedly highly intelligent suspect. His alibi reinforces the Prosecution's case that he drove there, hung around stalking them, made his entry and crime, exited and drove back. And here is our suspect, confirming that yes indeed, he was in his car, alone, driving around aimlessly. Somehow, he happened to be parked 50 yds from scene of the crime, for exactly the time it took to do the crime, exactly at the time it happened, in exactly the same car that happened to be spotted on cameras at exactly the same spot, and exactly the same car and GPS showing his route back on cameras.
    His DNA matched exactly the same DNA left on the bed of one victim, a chance in a gazillion. Eyewitness account of a man with exactly the same face spotted by one roommate at exactly the same time, exiting exactly the same room of one of the victims. His numerous online stal*king and messaging happened to be exactly the same people who got murd*ered. Out of all the millions of people on social media, these were exactly the ones that he messaged, and the only ones he stalked, and who were murd*ered. He happened to frequent exactly the same restaurants, two of the victims worked in.
    He was driving all night, but his phone that was in the car with him and tracked him to all the places he drove around in, was turned off at exactly the time these crimes were committed, for exactly the duration of the crime, then turned back on after that. Why would he turn his phone off and on, while driving in his car all by himself, and at precisely that timeframe. If he claims his phone was left at home, did he drive back home, turn off his phone, resume driving aimlessly around, then go back home and turn it back on? Does that make any sense?
    He was driving, that is his alibi? Yes, of course he was driving. We said that all along. He did not come on foot, or by train or plane, or on roller skates. He drove. And he just confirmed that. Thank you, No-Brain Kohbungler. You outdid yourself on yet another lie and it's going to bury you. You picked on 3 petite women, and a young man, who were sleeping in their beds. You will be memorialized as a coward and bully. That is what we will put on your gravestone and as a prefix for your name, you vile bully and coward, you murd*ering, lying, stalking, pathetic psychopath cockroach. Thank you for helping us.

      Very thorough, 100% convincing, and entertaining as an extra bonus. What about the knife sheath, though? Maybe he saw a K-Bar military knife on the side of the road while he was driving and just wanted to return it to it's owner, knocking on the victim's door before anyone else's? Then, when nobody answered the knock, he was so determined to find the rightful owner that he jimmied the door open? Then, looking for the knife's owner inside the house, the occupants all freaked out each time he asked them if it was their knife? Maybe they freaked out so much that they attacked him, mistaking him for a murderer, and each time he had no choice but to defend himself by stabbing them 50 times each?
