My husband's son was shot by a young man who admittedly shot him just to see what it felt like to shoot someone. The killer ended up pleaing to a life sentence without option for parole. The killer was only about 20 or so at the time.

One thing that stays at the forefront of my mind is that after he and his father got to PA, he was under surveillance and was seen at 0400 with gloves on throwing a trash bag(s) in the neighbors trash can. Yeah….that’s normal, right? I can’t wait to find out what was inside those bags!
Probably stuff with his DNA on it. He knew they were gonna try and get his DNA through trash.
When the cops apprehended him at his parent's home they found him at the kitchen island wearing black latex gloves holding a clear plastic baggie in the process of sifting through his parent's trash can. Every time I listen to all of this talk about the knife sheath and finding evidence, I get frozen n the realization of how horrific and painful it must have been for these poor kids. It is unimaginable to me that one person could do such a thing to another living being. I almost can’t believe it is true…even though I know it is. :’(

I'll be interested to hear if the defense will present Snapchat messages amongst students who knew the murders took place a few hours before 911 was called. How many people were allowed to view the crime scene before the police? Was evidence tampered with?This is going to be an interesting trial.
I think it's rumor that many students had seen the crime scene or knew about the murders "hours" before the 911. I do not believe that is true at all. I also think that as soon as it was discovered that a horrible bloody crime had taken place no one went further into the scene or touched anything. I think those few who came because they were called were in shock and the police were contacted as soon as they confirmed what had happened.
I'm sure the defense will present records from social media and phone records showing when people knew what had happened. People will be called as witnesses to testify about what they saw and heard.

Kohberger commented to somebody that it seemed to have been a crime of passion, but many podcasters have suggested that it might have been drug-related.

It's weird, I wonder if people were always screaming in that house because in some of the statement that we have been allowed to hear she apparently thought they were just being loud and was shouting at them to keep it down. We won't know till court. People are always denonitizing this girl but we arnt going to know the details until the trial, even then, I don't know if it will be allowed for us to watch or listen.
What’s even more mind-boggling is for the contradicting stories from the two supposedly eye witnesses. You know the survivors? One says she seen a man dressed and clad in black with a black mask and bushy eyebrows.
The other surviving roommate said she seen a naked man running from the house. So which ones lying ,or are they both?

Firing squad will not apply to BK as the law establishing it was passed after he was charged. He can still get the death penalty, but it can’t include the firing squad.

YES, there were signs and warnings, Kylee Gonzalves told her dad and her friends knew about at STALKER. They even change her dorm room lock, but their mistake is not take it seriously, and to report him to police, because there were several times harrasment by kohberger to these kids.

Speaking on the footprint. Wasn't the crime scene contaminated? I have seen several things this week from students claiming they knew early that morning. Hours before 911 was called. Friends were at the home going in and out before LE even went in.
Not to mention waiting nearly 8 hours to call 911...
My friend's son received pictures of the victims that morning. The crime scene was contaminated. Idaho law states someone not alerting police of a crime IMMEDIATELY can be charged,why haven't the roommates? If you call your friends over before calling the police makes me wonder how great of "friends" they were. If they treat their "friends" like this I wonder how they treat their enemies??? There is more to this case than what we all know. One of the biggest questions l have is why it took the housemates so long to call the police?? Why did the housemates call other people first before law enforcement? The housemates know more than they are letting on. Were there more people in the house at the time the murders took place? Why were the housemates left alive? Was it a drug house?

And just so there's no room for misinterpretation > to an absolute undisputed ,unmitigated ,100% certainty both Bethany Funke and Dylan Mortensen were cleared by local Law enforcement as well as (The very best of the best) The Federal Bureau of Investigation expert interviewers and interrogators and were completely exonerated of any involvement in this crime back in November of 2022 *Period*
There is also no indication that any sort of narcotics were ever sold,distributed,manufactured,or any drug trafficking took place at the residence on Kings road.
I'll be more than happy to oblige you on the specifics or why two 20 year old women waited hours to call police (but keep in mind there isn't a college student alive who would remotely think that there's a quadruple murder happening 10 feet above you at 4 am in the morning.

Not true. When I met Bryan in PA back in 2018 at my elderly father's property. Bryan, unlike my father's caretakers who stole, and trashed his home, was very helpful to my father.
If Bryan was a murderer, he could have easily killed my father and myself at my father's secluded home.
Bryan helped my father with yard work, took the initiative to do the work without being asked. He was very polite, a gentleman and a good father to his young child.

I saw two men in different cars watching two light blonde attractive girls at Wal-Mart in Idaho on July 29th, who looked like victims. Before I realized their were two men, one tried sneaking up behind me on foot, but my dog stopped him. My dog is trained to protect me. That guy drove a white Audi with light gray interrior-which is offered in a 2016 model, with no front tag. The other dark curly haired guy drove a black jeep, no window tint on back side windows.
I also don't think one person committed this crime.
I never stop in Idaho while traveling, but it was over 104 degrees July 29th, so I stopped at a Wal-Mart near Snake River and Moscow.
I only pray police search through all crime scene evidence.
Crimes can be prevented. Install single sided dead bolts on all exterior doors. There is no outside lock, therefore you can lock yourself in while you sleep.
Murderers do not want to be caught.
Any dead bolt can be unlocked in under 13 seconds by an inexperienced person. By having a single sided dead bolt, an intruder would actually have to break in to enter, which would wake you, giving you time to react-call 911.
I met Bryan when he had next to nothing and worked his butt off to get where he got. Murderers are not like that .

Here is the deal. Either the cops have an Everest size mountain of evidence that we are not privy to, or they have squat. The sheath has been dropped out. But we indeed have ONE crime we know for a FACT of who did it. It is against the law to know a crime has been committed and not report it to the POLICE. And all we know is that neither roommate EVER called 911, not even 8 hours later, somebody else did. After they were all called to the home. That is a crime, and we know for a fact who did it. Other than that, the public has zero. The cops better have a ton we don't know, because I have seen nothing yet to PROVE for a FACT Brian did this. Could he have? Absolutely. 100%. But we have nothing. We only know of the one crime. And no, they are not "Victim's" the only victim's are no longer with us. They are what we call "Lucky" or "Know something they are not telling". Either way, so far, that is the only crime we know was both committed, and by whom. So far.
BTW, I don't care who did it. I want them sent to the afterlife ASAP! What I said was accurate, if you think with logic, and don't let emotion rule your decision making. Because actual facts, don't care about our feelings.
As a woman who is unable to defend myself, I am at ease when at home with my two bullies who I KNOW would give their lives to protect me... They are the most loveable dogs, but don't come in their home or mess with their mom.

I disagree about this being a thrill killing and a crime without motive. I believe the killer had tried to make contact with at least one of these attractive girls but was ignored and felt rejected by her. His motive was revenge. He preplanned it (not for the thrill of killing just anyone) and it was with anger, hatred and revenge in his mind. the other people killed were just there and in the killer's way and could be witnesses. He had a motive then to kill the other three victims.
Umm, nah I feel more he wanted the whole group dead so as to be remembered as a mass murderer, he targeted them for their appeal to the media so as to make himself infamous so his teacher would study him!
