The FBI is Ludicrous & Ridiculous at Times. They Grilled Me Hard in the Robert Manwell Case Because I lived in Same Apartment Complex As Roberts Mom & Stepdad. They Had NO Reason for Talking To Me. I found out they Grilled My 2 Neighbors about Me and Even Twisted things Which one neighbor Said in a Bizarre Way They Returned Later and Grilled Me over Why I didn't Tell them I had a Car. I looked at the 2 FBI Guys and said You're the FBI Start acting like it. You have Access to police Records, DMV records etc., Etc. If you'd Done your Homework you'd Know I had a Car. These 2 were more like Keystone Cops & Bumbling Idiots than What Should Be FBI. I told them Get The Computer From Steodads Suburban and Extract the Data in it to Find Roberts body location information I showed I knew More About Vehicle Computer Data than they Did. I firmly believe that cameras should be allowed in the court room during the hearings and the trial. That way the public can ensure that BK will receive a fair trial and that there isn’t anything sketchy going on. That court room is way too small to accommodate everyone that would want to attend the trial if this trial doesn’t end up being televised imho.

Probably reporters, few other lawyers, law enforcement, and other important ppl that are gonna trump the public and they are gonna be handing out numbers like the Depp case. Maybe cameras too we shall see but as to whether it's to make sure he has a fair trial or not should be the least of our worries and more of his when he's the one asking for it.. imho. There is nothing wrong with the accuracy of the tests so it is not an issue of reasonable doubt. The question is admissibility. This conversation is so pro-law enforcement that they aren't considering the rights of the defendant or the consumers whose data privacy was breached. The expert is saying that the search criteria can manipulated in a way that ends up allowing them to search a restricted database. The match is correct but they have done an illegal search c.a. found the gun in the suspects house but they only had a warrant for the car. It should be easy to show that the match did not require data from the restricted database so why is the prosecution fighting so hard against showing the defense what they did? They know it is likely that in this or some other high profile case LE did an illegal search.
Law enforcement brought this on themselves by breaking the rules and it is heartbreaking that a murderer might get off because of it. Instead of being grateful for familial geneology they have been greedy and misused it in a way that now that the truth is out some major convictions may be overturned.

Couple that with a high profile case and previous accounts of jurors lying to get on high profile cases and there's obviously a lot of room for concern. To behave as if this is not an issue and to go as far as to ramble on about home audiences being corrupt as if that even makes sense is ridiculous. The home audience is made up of all kinds of people, good and bad BTW. Juries have many many issues and the conviction rate is extremely high REGARDLESS of the amount of evidence in a given case and that's because there's biased before even walking through the door. It's a real problem. To behave as if it isn't is insane.

-How could ONE person kill 4 people in two different floors. Just in a minutes?
-How is it possible that there is NOTHING on him, or in his car etc, Thats also weird because crime scene must have been brutal if blood is dripping outside of the house. No blood dripplets? No bloody shoeprints?
-Only thing left behind is a sheath with a tiny spec of a DNA of his, if he can pull this mastermind crime and lleave no trace or get anything on him, i doubt he would leave sheath there. And if he is this mastermind they make him to be, i think he would have been smarter than driving around that place before and after he kill 4 young ppl.

What do you make of him NOT saying, "I was not driving SV1," as you the prosecution claim that I am and the PCA is heavy with that notion that it's me driving said car? This was the car that was parked by 1122 for around 13 minutes because if it wasn't it would have been spotted by a camera in seconds. What do you make of an alibi that HE CHOSE to come out with that has nothing that can be verified and is barren of any useful information and yet they are saying we won't tell you more and don't want to even have a further extension on that even though the whole detail thing is how alibis work on this planet?
How long specifically is an appropriate amount of time to kill 4 people that were drowsy from the entire day or asleep and unarmed and unaware, most of which were of a smaller stature than yourself? What other of Kohberger's DNA was found at the crime scene or autopsies?
If a sheath were to drop in a struggle of a few seconds or if that were part of his calling card, would that be beyond the scope of belief of what can happen with humans? What have we learned from what source about there being "no blood dripplets and no bloody shoeprints?" Your source, whoever that is, is lying to you if they are saying they know this unless it is from officials who investigated the scene and if they are, they seem not reputable if they are telling you highly confidential information about important evidence in a case with a gag order that Kohberger himself loves.
What kind of sounds were being made by drowsy from the day or asleep victims possibly waking up to being stabbed and slashed who knows where on their bodies? Steve G told us Kaylee's lungs were basically obliterated so if that was her first injury, she was not going to be howling with distress. How many screams were there in total of all of the victims? How many yells? What did the victims say in totality? They surely didn't have time to call for help, so it wasn't like it was taking too much time to find a spot to stab or sash them to kill them. I have the privilege of never being stabbed to death, so I can't tell you how loud one should be when being brutally slain.
I'm not entirely sure why we should be privileged to see and know everything before the trial...as Kohberger's team even hired a few experts just to keep the gag order in place and cameras out of the courtroom. You can't put that part on the state. He's desperate for a gag order to the highest degree and even no cameras at the trial. If I was an innocent person, I'd want nothing but cameras at my trial to show the world clearly how I'm being wronged even if I'm a shy person and they have to film me in curlers and a bathrobe with all of my facial expressions. I wouldn't want cameras there if I was embarrassed about what my defense was about to present.

Theres two sides of the coin here. There is publicizing to protect the actual integrity & publicizing in a way that allows people on the internet to form an internet jury, which poisons every aspect of a fair trial. Thats the scary part of what we call a justice system in our country.

I agree with Vinnie, we need transparency and we the people deserve to know. Not from the media but with our own eyes and ears. When it comes to DNA manipulation, there was a case on 48 hours where this process was used to compare familial DNA and they pinned it on the wrong guy. The mother of the victim and the accused got together to find justice, so that was an amazing story. More amazing is the fact that DNA was wrong. The authorities were able to manipulate these results, where we all know DNA doesn’t lie. I would be really careful using this method, because it could put innocent people behind bars.

Actually the 6th amendment states a defendant has a right to a public trial. It does not specify that every member of the public has a right to see it. Media and networks like CourtTV want to cover notorious trials to make MONEY. They offer opinion to titillate the public, instead of just presenting the facts. Now, in the Murdaugh case there is an accusation of jury tampering by the Clerk of Court, who admitted in interviews she was considering a book before the trial ever started. Too much coverage can tempt people to do the wrong thing for the wrong reasons. Any case televised should have a sequestered jury.

I'm sure if the Cameramen in the courtroom would have just followed Judge Judge's rules, this never would have happened. But as it stands, I see dozens of courtroom close ups every time you cut to his trail. You have a right to see the trail if you abide by the rules of the courtroom. But Court TV, just like any average citizen, can be banned for rules violations. Seems like something the network should have already did something about before this happened. But now y'all have taken away the right of the public to view this by being bad faith actors and not follow the specific court rules.

@@jeannehammond851Here's what happened with Kohberger and the Idaho 4.
Kohberger was denied twice to do an internship by the local law enforcement. He needed to have experience as a law enforcement officer in order to enter the PhD program at WSU. So Kohberger snapped because he was rejected, and that would ultimately affect his career long term. So he plotted to embarrass local law enforcement by committing a heinous act. He knew local law enforcement couldn't handle a case like this, so that's why he targeted for 4 innocent people in Moscow. He was tired of rejection. Not only rejection from women, but rejection from employment. He really couldn't keep a job, as there are numerous reports showing that he constantly bumped heads with people, and had poor behavior in the workplace. He knew this crime would be a big deal in such a small town. He wanted to put a microscope on local law enforcement, and their incompetence. He would've gotten away with the crimes if he wouldn't have left the knife sheath behind. He's 100% guilty in my opinion. All of what he's doing with his public defender is just delaying the inevitable.
I could be entirely wrong about everything i said, but out of all the information I've seen, this makes the most sense.
