As a dance teacher for the past 30 years, I concur 100%! My mom put me in dance to break me out of my shyness. And year after year, I have seen teenage girls move from shyness, timidity and fear, to being bold and excited about dancing. I'm a high school dance teacher, and several of my students tell me that they are excited to come to school just to dance. I have so many success stories. Former students who have surpassed me in their dance experiences. I love what I do.

Rather uplifting, certainly awareness-raising. I've always loved dancing, but this is the first time I've heard or read someone look at dancing from such a philosophical angle. Congratulations to Anna for all the good she is doing. ♥♥♥♥♥

I resonate with the idea that dance positively impacts mental health, especially for addressing issues during adolescence. The idea that dance can be an innovative health solution gives me a lot of hope. The message that small changes can lead to significant transformations stands out to me. I hope this video helps many recognize the power of dance and motivates them to move more to improve their quality of life. Thank you for sharing such excellent content!

God loves you and takes care of you for the arrival of this message to you. God is the one who created this universe and He is the one who controls it. The biggest loss that a person loses in this life is to live while he does not know God and the Messenger of Muhammad, the last of the prophets and the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions. From the great intelligence of any person before he He believes in something or does not believe in it, that he read it, study it, and understand it well, and then he has the choice and judgment on it. I advise you to do so before you do not have time for that.
