Hello from Mounds Illinois. It’s storming here and my yard looks like a small river, it had rain so much and is supposed to turn to freezing rain and snow later. Which we don’t need.

Hi Nat! I really recommend Fiber & Fox! Bella is a crochet wear designer, her brand is really interesting as far as her tag lines and her names for her designs. The designs are super clean and very wearable, her whole thing is making items that look knit and making knitters “jealous” (jokes of course)😂 she also knits on the side, mostly socks. I think you would really enjoy her. Someone else also recommended Professor Purl and I agree, she’s such a sweet soul and most likely would be so excited to be interviewed!

As for podcasters, Roxanne Richardson is a great podcaster/TH-camr with a lot of interesting information. I had recently seen one of her videos where she was talking about bringing down her WIPs and she has "Finish it February" going on right now; that would have been a good opportunity for you guys to collaborate! I would suggest Haxton Knits podcast. She is a Master Knitter so there is a lot of educational content. She is an American living in Japan so it’s also an easy way to hear about life in a different country. She only has 588 subscribers. I heard about One of a Kate through you, so the collaborations really make a difference. Especially since crochet content is so hard to find. I’m sad if the shawl make along is only going to be knitting.

    - HG designs crochet, Heather is a pattern designer from the UK who makes super cool granny square patterns, has a yt channel too (although her pregnancy is really hard on her right now, so no new videos in a while)
    - chemknits yarn, Rebecca's videos are about dyeing yarn, and you can buy the yarn she dyed in her etsy shop! I've learned a lot from her, and I love working with her yarn!
    - Roselikescrochet, Rose is a Podcaster too, and her charity drive is very interesting and maybe something you guys could talk about. She collects handmade items for an organisation called Wings that helps victims of domestic violence in Chicago.

So kind of you to spotlight others in the knitting world! I recommend Day to Day Knits on TH-cam and Instgram. Sara Coehlo-Robinson is a knitter and designer. She is Portugese living in Knoxville, TN. Isn't that your home town? Anyway, she's fabulous.

For the make along in April, are you going to be choosing both a knitting and crochet pattern?

if you loved Love is Blind - definitely check out the Japan and Brazil seasons. I loved the 1st season of Love is Blind, but these versions were so much better in my opinion!

My local yarn mill, Yarn Factory, LLC in Colfax, ND. She makes beautiful yarn and I want to buy ALL OF IT. She raises her own alpacas and processes the yarn herself.

How about a collaboration with a Danish podcaster, designer and yarn dyer. I’ve test knit for her on the past and is a lovely person! CamijoKnit is her channel and her name is Camilla. Oh she’s also a school teacher so you have that in common too!

A good friend has a podcast called pjknits- would suggest checking her out. A skilled knitter who learned very classic methods and has great
    ideas for Journalling her knitting.
Also would suggest a dyer called Freckled Whimsey Yarns. She does fabulous self striping yarn and I’d love to hear about her process.

Frivolous and frugal - they are basically your favorite aunties
    Finnish knitting stories
    We share needles
    Carla knits
    Cozy up knits
    Knitty McPurly
