1 - for calves- i)mountain pose. ii) bending towards legs. 2 - *for hamstring- i) pull up your mid portion of the body ii) deeply bend your legs towards face. 3 - for glute muscles- i) Ardha Matsyendrasana ii) similar to sitting and bending in lotus yogasan position. 4 - quadriceps- i) similar to dhanurasana ii) bridge/ setu badhasana 5 - *for inner thigh growing muscles i) butterfly pose 6 - for back hands and spine - i) extended dog pose/ utthita sanasa. ii) cow and cat ii) cobra pose 7 - chest i) bench press 8- to trigger small muscles stretch accordingly. 9 - Chakkrasana , to stretch maximum muscles.
Bhaiya ur running stretching are too good I am able to run 5 km at one go without any injury andin this journey ur exercises helped me a lot thank you so much and keep making informative videos 😃 now looking to complete 10 km
