    This is one of my favorites! I love that we repeat the moves and get a chance to really get better at them. Yesterday I repeated it for a total of four rounds because I had the time. Thanks for the class.

    I just have to say, my abs are still sore from doing this workout yesterday! I love it when my muscles are sore the next day because I know I worked them really hard!

    Loved it! Just getting back into working out since carpal tunnel release surgery 6 weeks ago. Still can't use weights or punch with too much oomph, but so good to work out with you all again!

    Ok I’m going to feel my abs tomorrow! I love kickboxing. My joints don’t always appreciate it but it helps get out aggression 😁

    Thank u ladies for this amazing cardio & core workout. Michelle, u planned out the rounds v well. Ur instructions were oso v clear for me to follow. I like the mixture of cardio, strength/resistance & core so i can work my whole body muscle grps.     Just did this one. I love the format. What a great workout. And you had me thinking about the movements with front, back, knee , jab, cross… messed up a few times and made some moves up. Lol. Was a great workout. Thank you. And happy birthday 🎊🎈.

    MB,this was absolutely superb.
    I used half a kilo ankle weights,I can't use any arms weights at the moment.
    It was such a great workout and the music was spot on.

    Good workout, I found the kickboxing tempo a little too slow for some movements, so I sped it up when needed.
