I just have to say, my abs are still sore from doing this workout yesterday! I love it when my muscles are sore the next day because I know I worked them really hard!
I was looking for the exact combo of kickboxing and abs so this one fit the bill! Will see if I can go a bit harder next time now that I am familiar with the moves! 1-29-24

MB,this was absolutely superb. I used half a kilo ankle weights,I can't use any arms weights at the moment. It was such a great workout and the music was spot on. Thank you ❤️
