  • One-hour of cardio kickboxing will have you dripping sweat and smiling at the same time! In this class you will kick and punch your way to fit with fun cardio boxing and muay thai moves designed to spike your heart rate and burn maximum calories during and post work-out (also known as the "after burn" ). Our add-on combination choreography is easy to follow and doing this class with no-jumping modifications can make this a low-impact cardio workout. So let's punch, kick, sweat and smile with one full hour of calorie and fat burning cardio kickboxing.
    All R/C Fitness classes are FREE of charge, however donations are welcome if you like our work. Any amount is very much appreciated.

    I've been thoroughly enjoying these cardio kick workouts. Love the blend of cardio with some strength training included 💪 👌! And the combo series is absolutely amazing! I appreciate you beautiful ladies!! On a side note, Christine what brand are those leggings? I was mesmerized by them the entire class. 😂

    i did it.... omg it’s SO INTENSE I DIDN’T EXPECT THAT
    i’ve never seen your channel before so i thought the workout was going to be easy for some reason
    and i also took 4.5 lbs dumbbells and my arms are dead....... dripping in sweat, literally

    and it also flew that i didn’t even notice
    i just looked at the screen and understood that i was 50 mins in it x) but it felt like i was just getting started

    Very great workout! But there are two times without any sound fir about 2 minutes each time, and then comes back. I even checked my device finding there is no problem with it.

      Hi! Thanks for your feedback... This is an old video from when we first started our TH-cam channel. We use different music back then and at the time TH-cam was silencing short segments of our audio for music copyright purposes. Our newer workout videos have much better sound quality and fewer interruptions! Thanks for reaching out!

      Average heart rate always varies from person to person. It's very hard to predict what yours may be but in a Cardio Kick Class the average would be about 150-160 BPM!

    how many calories does this workout burn. i'm quiet fit, 68 inch and 139lbs. i know you can't tell it preciesly but can you give an indication.

      Hi there! Usually our cardio kick classes run upwards of 600 calories burned! Of course we cannot tell you exactly how much because it varies from person to person but on our watches it calculates about that much!

      We're sorry to hear that. We always try to change our music to appeal to different audiences. If you don't like what we are playing, you can just turn off your volume so you can play your own music.
