I have tasted most if not all of the famous nasi lemak around KL & for me personally, the Village Park nasi lemak, especially with the ayam goreng, is without a doubt, the BEST nasi lemak in the Klang Valley area.
I like Nasi Lemak Kak Chuk.. it's a typical Malay Nasi Lemak complete with peanuts and kangkung (water spinach).. authentic flavour and aroma ..sedap 😋
For me, the best nasi lemak was my late mom's homecooked nasi lemak. If you guys have a chance, when you see a little crowd at the roadside vendor nasi lemak, stop by and try the nasi lemak. From my experience, some of the best nasi lemak in town, are from the street.
@@safandsara No worries, it was really a long time ago, almost 42 years ago, I was still very young when she passed away by breast cancer. My late dad also passed away by cancer few years ago. Yes, you guys try that, some of the best nasi lemak are from the street, but beware, there's also not very good or just ok nasi lemak from the street, the stalls, the cafes and restaurants. Enjoy your weekend. 😀
@@safandsara Wonderful, If you want to know whether the nasi lemak is worth a try, you can actually smell the fragrance of the coconuty nasi lemak, by a glance, whether it's fluffy or not, and you can actually smell the delicious sambal. Nowadays, I'm quite disappointed by some nasi lemak, more expensive but smaller quantity, smaller egg, not enough slices of cucumber, very little deep fried dried anchovies and peanuts. Hopefully you guys will find the most affordable, most delicious nasi lemak near where you guys stay. 😀
We are from the UK. Alhamdulillah we have been working and living in Malaysia for the last 6 years. Malaysia is an incredible country with amazing people.
Wanjo is off my list nowadays. They used to be good, but the last few times I went there the quality dropped so much, that I wouldn’t even call it decent.
