    Great tips :) now I can do a drop back :) but you should also show how to stand up from this :D

    hiii Celest I really try your tutorials of yoga poses but I dont know what happened with your playlist of advanced poses it is in the privet mode and I can not train them any more 😔 I really followed your channel because of this amazing playlist so well explaned this advanced asanas tutorials, but now it is privet and I cant vesualise it any more.     My advice is to try this practice on the first wall for your safety. it will be more useful.👍

      It is. But the movement of standing and reaching to backbend is called dropback. :)
