      He still has to conquer the marathon but no doubt he’s the best when it comes to track.

    • @montyburns4977

      Yahya Jama wonder what the Ethiopians have to say about that 😂 no doubt mo is the greatest winner on the track. At the end of the day during 2004-2016 it was either mo or Bekele winning depending on the pace of the event, slow pace meaning mo wins and fast pace meaning bekele wins. But mo has the greatest kick of all time and no one can contest that.

    Thank you for sharing. I ran my first Marathon yesterday and now I know that I need to work on my core. Had really problems to run the last 6km because my core muscles were very weak and I tended to have a wrong posture. Looking foward to my next marathon to see if I can improve especially the last few k with your core training.

      kipchoge can do 59' half marathon while farah can barely go under 60'..but in 12k i think farah has the advantage coz kipchoge is training for marathon

      I think he explained - cereal, fruit, toast, eggs, coffee, chicken, roast, rice...no grease and no salads before a race (not to catch a bug). He has a sweet tooth. But a video that follows him eating through the day would be good

    Salaams brother mohammed i have a question ive been practising on my running why do i get cramps everytime i run ?

    • @brothedude8759
      @brothedude8759 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Muhammed Saif Khan Work on your core. I had the same exact problem. It’s because I had a weak core, you probably have the same problem. Start off with 4 sets of 25 push-ups a night. Every couple days add 5 push ups to each rep. I guarantee this will help.

    • @Muhammedthemaverick
      @Muhammedthemaverick 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brothedude thank you very much bro if my core gets strong will it remain strong even when i run?

    • @brothedude8759
      @brothedude8759 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No problem man. Of course that's the goal, you're building a strong core for strong running. After a week and a half when you go out to run your body will fill sturdy and much straighter when you run. It is hard to explain but you'll understand once you see the results. The key is to keep it consistent, do sit ups every night. The more consistent you are the stronger you will be.

    • @Muhammedthemaverick
      @Muhammedthemaverick 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Brothedude i honestly and sincerly thank you and yes thats my goal now

    • @brothedude8759
      @brothedude8759 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How to breathing while running

    • @adamd4390
      @adamd4390 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      singh Singh try breathing through your nose maybe if no good experiment no one wants to give all their techniques away

    • @mouldywotsits1726
      @mouldywotsits1726 7 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      breathing through your nose is not efficient, when do you see Olympic runners breath through there nose? you want to breath through your mouth to draw in as much oxygen as possible. you can also train yourself to breath through both your mouth and nose at the same time to maximise oxygen intake.

    • @kdgujjar3065
      @kdgujjar3065 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      open mouth in the end,,,otherwise lungs will dry out and breathing will be difficult

    • @DanielMooreDJ
      @DanielMooreDJ 7 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Hi Singh I am an experienced runner. The correct way to breath is in threw the nose and out threw the mouth. Try inhale every 3-4 steps u take and exhale for the next 3-4 steps you take. The reason you shouldn’t inhale threw your mouth is because it dehydrates your body quicker

    • @mouldywotsits1726
      @mouldywotsits1726 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Daniel Moore do you run for like 5 mins because any runner that runs for 30 mins or longer will know that breathing through your nose when your that out of breath is impossible. breathing through you mouth wont dehydrate your body any more then breathing through the nose will, it will only dry out your mouth which is a staple of running and something you must get use to.

      Try taking six weeks off of impact sports (ie basketball, running, football) and cross train in biking and swimming. Stretch your calves everyday, theres plenty of sources for finding these simple stretches. ice your tibia and fibula, and when you start running take it lightly to begin with and build your base up and dont rush.
