Curious to know your thoughts on def jam fight for ny and the other def jam games. Are you into these types of fighters? I just bought a minty copy off eBay and couldn't be happier, great game.
Yea now a days they only focus on making "high quality"AAA games for high gross instead of a bunch of these little random AA games that could be gems. It's just a different era now, not sure the cause, don't thikn it's just lack of money. Im sure someone knows. Rockstar is probably the worst example of this, they only bother making a new mega game. Don't bother with DLC, don't bother with remasters, no IP resurrections, no small AA game like GTA stories.
The state of modern gaming where remakes are turning into propaganda to lecture us is a major turn off. We are hyping older games than newer games is how pathetic in the modern games.
I’m scared of buying older cd based games. I had a few unopened dvds for many, many years and I totally opened them; and I’m unsure if 2 have disc rot. One had smearing that wiped off. I think cartridge based games are safer than cd based games.
The danger of disc rot is really exaggerated I think. If you keep your stuff away from moisture and high/low temperatures most if not all of them should be fine.

Nightshade is the sequel to Shinobi (PS2) that's why it plays so similar
Those are some awesome picks, God Hand & Samurai Western are keepers.
My favorite under the radar PS2 game is Primal. Would love for a sequel.

Great video. They made a lot of remastered ps2 games on the PlayStation store for the ps4 it would be great if they could make them physical also.

The games were a lot more creative back then, you don't see that as much these days

Some days we dont like remakes and the devs are not creative while other days we want more remakes? I guess it depends on the day ..
