    This is a channel for people who suffer from DPDR and anxiety (depersonalization and derelization - DPDR). If you have depersonalization or derealization there is a way to get out of it and get your life back. DPDR is a symptom of anxiety that makes you feel like you're looking at yourself from the outside (depersonalization) or you experience life 'like looking through a fishbowl' (derealization). More symptoms include emotional numbness, panic attacks, racing heart, intrusive thoughts, feelings of dread, visual snow, catastrophising and so many more.
    It can be extremely scary and exhausting and often it feels like there is no way out which causes a lot of anxiety. However, there is a way out and it's absolutely possible to live a normal and connected life, permanently.

    Daniel , so it’s not wrong if i told my mind that everything is going to be okej one day and i repeat this everyday I can’t just forget about dp/dr because every moment that i feel disconnected it’s a reminder for my mind but i’m not scared and i have start to have a positive mindset 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I’m trying my best

      Doing your best is all you can do, and it's a great thing. You can tell yourself whatever you like, but unless your unconscious and emotional side of the brain gets the message you're not going to feel okay.

      @@DanielBakerDPDRexpertwhat to do when you feel not confident , not emotionally , life looks like mute without emotions i feel like i’m not living but i’m just looking my life going on and not feeling it at all . I feel hoppeles , i wake up everyday with the same feelings . What did you do it’s hard to be positive every day and sometimes i feel like this how i will be forever

    Brother I’m 3 years off benzos and been doing great! However i ingested something natural a week ago that hits the same receptors (🍄). Had a good experience but now I’m feeling a residual side effect of anxiety/body sensations/dpdr. I really want to get your feed back on if this is something that should go away soon or what. I have good days and bad days but really want to feel 100% clear again. Sometimes I feel too clear that it seems like dpdr. Any feed back would be appreciated.

      Great question. I'd read up on the side effects of whatever you're taking. Mushies are obviously going to affect your mind and body at the time, but if it's still there long after the effects should wear off it's probably just anxiety and your nervous system still calming down. See a doctor to be sure.

      @BMill88 I have the same problem I took to many now I am f lol but feel more better now but not 100% just don’t think about and do your day to day routine that what work for me everyone is different I don’t if it will work for u or not it been 2 months seen I had dpr I hope u get better bro

    Does this work for dpdr caused from benzo wd its awful ive had it 3 years its getting worse i ca t focus my hearing is weird i feel weird

      Yes it does - once the withdrawals have ended. Once enough time has passed, if you're still left with the symptoms then it is anxiety and this can certainly help with that.
