I don’t know what to do with myself 53:37 the history, the authenticity, the passion, the love. The high spirit that man cannot explain. Bob Marley was sent to do a job and he did it. High respect to you Teach Dem as this one has surely reached me. The history told is unmatched. My highest respect to the great TC
Yes Teach Dem, you did it again. Another epic interview with one our icon in the entertainment space, Mr. Tommy Cowan. I learned a lot from this interview. Give thanks for your great contributions. Bless Up!
Another of Jamaica’s national treasure. There are so few now. Thanks for the reminder Teach Dem. Tommy, you gave us nuff magical memories and clean ethical work examples. No gang affiliation, crime, guns, jail time or war and enmity among your peers. Cheers from a Jamaican lady living in England hoping I could feel safe enough to return home. 🇬🇧💕
I knew of him, but I did not know that he made such a massive, major contribution to Reggae Music across the board, almost in every aspect. His involvement with Bob Marley is very intriguing. Great man of the music!
TO Teach Dem. I have watched most of your interviews as I have done many myself since the 80s in my radio career from that time to this with artist such as, Bunny Rugs. Prince jazzbo. Lorna bennet, Ken booth, Dennis alcapone, shaggy, maxi priest, king everald, chaka demus & pliers. T. O. K & the list continues. This interview is one of the greatest I have watched/listened This man Tommy Cowans is a real Jamaican ICON in his contributions & so much knowledge shared from this man & it's all because of you taking the time to document all these great jamaican people's contribution to it's music & culture. You don't need me to tell you as you have probably heard it many times but keep doing what you do bro because you do it in a professional & right way. Lloyd Mullings aka DJ Warm Easy Seh Dat. (Looking Forward To Your Interview With Another Reggae Musical Hero. Manley Buchanan aka Big Youth) My Only wish now is for Jamaica Government make it a compulsory lesson in their schools to teach the islands music history from mento - ska - rocksteady - Reggae so the culture will live on forever because at the moment it's moving in the wrong direction. ( just my humble opinion)

One of your best interviews ever. I always respected that iconic legend, but after listening to all the experiences and historical stories he has under his belt. This man deserves all the honorary recognition that Jamaica and the music industry has to offer. I had the privilege of meeting him up close and personal @ Tony Kelly’s wedding, in Florida. Tony Kelly did marry to one of Carlene Davis’s niece. Tommy is a very humble person. He’s also from the same community in St. Elizabeth as my mom. Again, hats off to that amazing interview. Blessings!!!!!
All I can say is WOW!! Can't really say more than that without going into a Dialogue that would be longer than the bible. Thank you for this interview. Very important part of world history.

Respect to One of Jamaica Greatest Reggae Music Legendary Ambassador who has Traveled part's of the World and has made a major massive impact and contribution along with the Great Bob Marley and the Wales carries the Reggae Music to the world, and now to see how some of these Artists these days don't even know how hard they have worked and what these elders have been through, all these young artists do know is to fight and badmind each other. Thanks Mr Tommy Cohen and bless up Teach Dem another great interview 💯💯💯💯💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏🙏🦶

In those days I was very young and (really) didn't overstand what I was getting into. Tommy was very kind and overstanding. He gave me good advice and referred me to a contact at Dynamic Sounds. Great brother! May the most High God continue to give him good health and blessings.
