    These recipes are really good. 1 thing about dal, that orange dal which you used is not urad it's masoor daal, if I am not wrong.🙂

    INFORMATION:
    You should not eat high protein food in dinner because protein takes time to digest it should be best consumed in breakfast or lunch
    In dinner one should eat lite and easy to digest food

      Ideally you should have your dinner before 7PM SO YOU CAN digest it easily
      As usually sleeping time is 10-11PM

    Should we count the calories of daliya before cooking or after its cooked like if i take 50 grms raw daliya than after cooking Adding water it becomes 300 grms so should i count the calories for 300 grms or 50 grms ❓plzzzz do rply

    @GunjanShouts - I have a few questions. Why healthy nutrition plan is not available for general people. Only upper middle class or rich can avail such services. There shoudl be some ways by which a general diet plan can be created which can be customised by people themselves after few consulations. I think this will help the larger population.

    Gunjan, you really do shout, don’t you? I was diagnosed as having Type 2 diabetes, but now I am in remission. I came across this video and was interested to know how I could increase my protein intake making Indian food. I am of Indian origin and live in UK.
    I am profound deaf and rely on subtitles and lip reading. No subtitles in this video. You were shouting even though I had the volume on lowest, so I could focus on lip reading , but you were also speaking fast, difficult to lip read. I am guessing you were speaking Hinglish, which is fine - for hearing people, not for the deaf and hard of hearing, IF there are no subtitles. I watched about 10 mins and then gave up.
    There is no need for you to shout, or speak fast especially when you are relaying the information, you want the viewers of all ability to listen, follow your instructions and then try to make the dish(es) later on. I am sorry to say that you ‘cater’ only for the hearing people, that’s a shame. At nearly 75, I could have learned something from you.

    1st to ye ki soya badi ko digest hone me kai din lag jata h....easily nahi digest kar sakte h.....kabhi kabhi lose motion bhi ag jate kai logo ko.....
    Aur 2nd olive oil chahe virgin ho ya non virgin usko aapko heat nahi karna hota h.....olive oil sirf dressing ke liye hota h vegetables ki........

      Aur agr aap thoda bhi fat nahi khayenge to fir fat kaise kam hoga.....
      Body weight ke hisab se aako kuch bhi kar lo fat lena hi hota h.....ghee harm nahi karta h agar ek spoon me subh aur ek spoon me sham ko subji banaye....balki aapke bekar fat ko kam hi karta h ....aur ghee easily digest ho jata h aur good fat me gina jata h.....

    I feel recipes are best , but certainly some things like curd, beans (Rajma), cucumber salads,pasta etc are not to be eaten in night. For healthy food , it also means right food at right time not simply tasty .

    Almost all of these recipes are vegetarian ones. The caption of the video is very deceptive because anyone (who's not a vegetarian) looking for a high-protein dinner would be mislead.

    The chicken in the pasta recipe is not even cooked properly, you need to add chicken before stir frying your veggies. Please don’t post wrong content because some people might be new to cooking and consuming raw meat is very unhealthy

    First of all, the dishes made serves more than 1 person and the quantity of protein gets distributed which is not sufficient for 1 person. So it is not high protein recipe in any sense. Carbs and very little protein

      If you don’t have good taste for soya then you can replace soya with paneer/tofu/chicken. There are so many options so if you don’t like something then don’t force yourself to eat it. 😊

    How can I decide on the type of the oil to be used in cooking? As I see you have used olive oil in few recipes and Ghee in few of the recipes. I wanted to use olive oil for Indian cooking but I'm worried that olive oil can't be heated on high temperatures. Please suggest me. Thank you
