    Step number one quit sugar
    Step number 2: eat your lunch before 6:00Pm
    Don't eat anything after that.

      500 calories less per day, 500 calories burnt each day
      Easily lose 35 kilos in one year.
      You can eat whatever you want it should be under your daily calorie limit

      Some people r saying thyroid is only controlled like diabetes and bp by diet and exercise and is not cureable permanently.is it true ? If a person gets his/her thyroid level to normal and switch to normal routine like not doing exercises and food that they used to eat before thyroid.then won't they again get thyroid.does it means it is only controlled....

    Satvic movement is very difficult to follow and not much sustainable but it really benefits a lot and recovers from many long term diseases

    SEEMS FAKE OBVIOUSLY... I mean ofcourse satvik diet is great and I admire the benefits too, but such a huge transformation within just 4 months is absolutely fake.. PLEASE DON'T MISLEAD your subscribers with such transformation stories. Rest, we all subscribers appreciate your efforts and inputs on the idea satvik lifestyle 🛑👍

      It's easily do-able if you are eating that amount of rubbish. Everybody is different, I can easily eat 5000 calories a day and I don't put any weight on. Another person might put a stone on just looking at s pack of biscuits. Stress and other factors like not elevating your heartbeat or doing any exercise can have huge part in this as well. Some people would be thin if they just walked 10 minutes per day but they choose the TV instead.

    I'm confused.. from where do y'all get your protein? If you're losing more than 1kg per week then it's likely you're losing muscle mass along with fat cells which is dangerous asf. The goal should be fat loss, not weight loss

    no way u can lose 25kg in 4 months. Even going by the extreme, that is 5kg per month, it still takes 6 months

    Previous you look overweight but after loose weight you look like loss muscle mass . Don't go for food just weak up at 4 and sleep urly avoid night food ..
