Ingredients in the sequence added:
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
White wine
Hot red pepper
Fresh parsley
Fresh tomato puréed
Pasta
Olive oil
Last spice added as toping inaudible
"Fresh tomato puréed"? No, it actually says that it is a tomato sauce (salsa di pomodoro) that he cooked previously to speed up the cooking service (prepare the line)

One of my favorite plates! I had it both in Italy and Croatia. They were both excellent! don't forget to have some good white wine to accompany it.
Had this dish in Italy on my holidays last week. Cost 13 euros. Best money I ever spent. Tons of seafood on the plate.

Die einfache Küche ist oft die beste. Hätte ich fast geschrieben.. "Einfache Küche" wie hier bedeutet: Fangfrische Meeresfrüchte, gutes Olivenöl, vernünftiges Tomatenpüree, anständigen Knoblauch, gute Pasta, frische (!) Petersilie... Und einen versierten Koch nicht zu vergessen.

Pure genius .....Throw some clams and prawns into a pan with olive oil, shuffle them around a bit , add pomodoro sauce, stir again. Smile, wave your hands , throw in some noodles, shuffle it around in the pan, and presto the Worlds best meal! Amazing isn't it?

il miglior conduttore di calore ,mi sembra sia il rame,la massima espressione in cucina sono le pentole "agnelli",,grazie,ricetta buona,,complimenti pe la simpatia,
in realtà è l'argento il miglior conduttore termico , purtroppo oltre il costo delle pentole d'argento avrebbero anche il problema argento cibo che non è salutare anzi ... quindi le vere pentole da professionisti sono un multistrato di rame e inox , una 5 strati è gia una ottima professionale ma so che arrivano anche a 7 strati , per darti un idea una padella 28/30 cm 5 strati cioe inox rame inox rame inox , costa sui 100€ ma la trasmissione di calore è perfettamente uniforme e sono praticamente indistruttibili , in fondo lesinare su una cosa che usiamo tutti i giorni non a molto senso e la differenza quando cucini è palese , io sono un operaio elettrotecnico , ma comprare alcune pentole professionali è stato il piu soddisfacente accquisto dei miei ultimi 10 anni .
